DO NOT USE - Didn't work and I reached out to the dev multiple times over a week with no response. I have to do it all manually. I just paid my dev to do it which only costed a little more than this piece or crap app. And at least my team member gets paid... Useless
Unfortunately, I think you may have reached out to a different company and not us (Presidio). We have no record of any email from a customer at Nueboo and we respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and most are answered even quicker. Posting this here for any customer considering Duplify, we do our best to respond to everything immediately (nights and weekends).

Duplify is an impressive app that simplifies the process of duplicating online shops effortlessly. It saved me a significant amount of time and effort, allowing me to have a fully functional copy of my shop on a new domain within a day. Right from the start, Duplify impressed me with its user-friendly interface, making the entire process straightforward. The app provided clear instructions and guided me through each step, ensuring a seamless experience even for someone with limited technical expertise. The app's efficiency was remarkable, flawlessly replicating the majority of my shop's aspects, including products, categories, images, and customer data. It successfully transferred complex configurations and settings, resulting in a duplicate shop that closely resembled the original. Certain aspects, such as shop navigation and specific settings, cannot be automatically copied and require manual configuration. Luckily this is not a lot of work and we were still able to go live with our new domain the same day.

Transfer went OK. The app does what it is supposed to do. Found the charges to be confusing initially. The developer has subsequently made them more clear now.

In short, our app provides you two options: one-time exports (where you pay a fee depending on which categories you decide to export), and a subscription service (meant to be activated once you have completed your export, it allows you to keep your two stores in sync). Was looking for an app to clone my store from one account to another. Worked perfectly. I had some questions and an issue and Guille Lopez literally responded to me in 10 minutes to help me with my questions. Highly recommend based not just of the ease of the app, but the customer service! Thank you!

Have used this app now to duplicate two site domains. So incredibly easy & had previously paid thousands for the work this app does in hours I can see there are some poor reviews which look completely unjustified...Are these sellers expecting the app to copy across all of its custom functionalities & guess at how their website is built. If you have a simple shopify theme and don't have tens of thousands of products I would highly, highly recommend

we needed to completely build a new store for our uk distribution partner. scared about the process we just gave it a try with duplify. extremely easy and idiot proof. we had the uk store set up in a couple of hours. the copy of the store was brilliant and flawless. amazed and super happy!!!

I would strongly recommend reaching out to the developers for instructions before using this app because the provided instructions & video are unclear and caused me many issues in my store. The developer did quickly reach out to me about these issues and was very kind and offered his assistance to resolve these issues and also refunded what I paid for the app which was nice. He also stated that he has made changes to the app to try to prevent these issues from happening to another user, so hopefully that is the case. I ended up deleting the app and just exporting my products (via shopify, just click "export" at the top of your products) then importing them into the new store which was so simple. I only needed to export my products but I'm sure if you needed to duplicate other data from your store then this app might be better for your needs. Just be sure to reach out to the developers for assistance!
Hi, this is Guille, CEO from Duplify. We want to apologize for any issue our app could have created. We are working to clarify what happened here. We've reached you in a private message, and we will work it from there. And just to be clear, our app is used daily by many store owners without any issues. Still, problems can happen, and this might be one of those cases. On a first look, we can see your export end up being set up with the same store for both the source and destination stores, and that provably was the problem. Our app has mechanisms to prevent that, but somehow you end up in that situation. We are working right now to clarify it, and fix it if needed. Thanks. UPDATE. We found out there was a way to set the same store for both the source and destination store, and that's what end up happening here. Now we have fixed that loophole, so this shouldn't happen again. We have been in contact with the team at Reluxe Vintage, offering our help to delete the duplicated products.

I used Duplify to create a second store, basically a carbon copy of my current store. It was so easy to use, and no CSV import or export required. Just make sure you turn off email notifications when you import all orders! I would highly recommend this app!

Works great! If you are creating a second store, it's a must-use. The time you'll save is more than justified with their fair pricing. Also, support is 10/10. In the past, I tried to use another app which was expensive and didn't perform as well.

I've used this app multiple times, it is easy to setup and very time saving when you have to port Files and Pages. The cost makes sense. Last time we had a small issue with the import, the developer reached out to us same day letting us now how to fix and guiding the process until completion. Highly recommend?

Did what it was suppose to do. Normally don't give 5 star reviews but this app was simple, easy to use, and gave our team a 'small victory'. Also want to give Guille some credit - I think he might be a 1-man show with small victories and he was prompt in responding, clear in his communication, and has created a worthwhile app for the shopify community. Hope he continues to help sellers and has his apps found and used by other businesses.

Fantastic app and even better customer support. I have used this app twice now and on the second it did not all go to plan, however the customer support was right there and fixed the issues straight away. Highly reccomend!

Easy and straightforward process. All our product images, including alt text, we successfully copied, all pages, collections etc.

Good app and works well, does what it promises to do. It's great if you need an entire store copied, which is labor intensive and difficult to do without a tool like Duplicate.

Used the app and it didn't duplicate a ton of products and collections properly. Our store is a mess. Tried reaching out and haven't heard back either to fix it. Would love to get a response and get this resolved but for now this is the case.

In any case, we reviewed your export, and we could see all products and collections have been exported, so we guess the problem might be something else.
