So far we're loving Zonos! The warehouse guys wish they could ship everything through the Zonos dashboard, our Sales department is happy with the uplift we're seeing in international markets, and the Customer Service folks really like how it all works for the customers.

Lennon helped me through a new to me process and kept circling back to make sure I was successful! It is a great feeling knowing I am working with a real person (not just a chat bot!) and to be supported through the whole process!

Worked with Barrett for implementation and he provided a white glove experience that's rare with third party solutions. Glad to have a solution that allows our business to be transparent with shipping costs, taxes, duties, etc.

I've worked many times with Lennon Tomaz, I have had every question answered, every scenario, every option learned and explained before anything was changed. All implications were explained. Lennon is truly a customer service hero, the personal service and the follow ups are way above what any customer service and support staff should be tasked with. If anyone has a question, Lennon will not only solve it, but also explain it, mitigate future mistakes and way much more. Thank you!! Always a pleasure.

Zonos has allowed us to remove all the pain points in international ecomm... Curtis, Kourtney and Bethany all extremely on point. We are looking forward to much success thanks to Zonos streamlining the bottleneck to ROW commerce.

I've been using Zonos for international shipping for two years and the performance has been flawless. Just finished implementation on my second Shopify store and Matthew and his team at Zonos made the implementation process painless and simple. I highly recommend Zonos!

Waseem Abdoolla helped us set up and install the Zonos app and I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. He is very knowledgable and so patient with me as a beginner. He was also available at all times to answer questions and walk me through the entire set up. Thanks Waseem!

I am so grateful for Zonos! With their help, I was able to export my product internationally. There is absolutely no way that I would have felt comfortable doing this on my own - there is a lot to know about international commerce and shipping. The Zonos team was superb - gently helped me through the process, but they kept all of us on task until we launched. A special shout-out to Barrett who directed me through the process - he was so professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to my success. Thank you, Zonos!

We use this app to calculate landed cost. Our customers are able to pay taxes and duties at checkout. Customer support is outstanding. They helped us get set up and running!

We are a global game, we sell digital sneakers and now we sell 'In Real Life' sneakers all around the world. Zonos made it possible for us to give the best customer check out experience to the players of our game. Our players can now purchase their sneakers with all duties and taxes visible and payable up front for the country of destination wherever that may be. A special call out to, without a doubt the best 'Integration Team Lead' in the world, Kilie.W! You went beyond your role and expanded the limits of what was possible by introducing us to other partners, the outcome being, a true gold standard global trade solution for our IRL sneakers. We bought this AP and it didn't work. I contacted support and they said I needed a special API from Shopify which only comes with the top-end Shopify plan or $20 a month. I got the $20 a month API and it still didn't work. I contacted support and I got the below response. I would not recommend this AP to anyone. Typically with new stores we have an initial call, to see if Zonos would be a good for your international initiatives. Then we would get you in contact with our onboarding team to make sure everything is integrated accurately to avoid any complications. We don't provide any support for self-installs unfortunately. We do have a pricing agreement in place that all of our customers sign when integrating our services. We charge $1,000 for the initial setup fee, and then our pricing is transactional based after that. I wouldn't be able to provide you with any technical support, but I'm happy to get an agreement in place so we can get our onboarding team involved. They would be able to run through the configurations and do some tests to ensure everything is working properly.

Zonos has been awesome for us thus far! Global Trade is confusing and they've helped us to approach selling internationally, streamline systems to make it sustainable, and offered great resources to solve the nuances and confusing, unique experiences. Bethany was so helpful onboarding our first two shopify stores, Preston has been great in trying to get two more stores onboarded, and Cassie was a STUD helping us solve a one off problem. We weren't able to solve it using the Zonos software (shipping warranty parts) but she stuck with me and met with me multiple times to exhaust all possibilities and offered a solution outside the Zonos platform. GREAT customer service that is hard to find now a-days, specifically with apps/software in my experience!

This app has been a great help to us with international shipping. They take on all the hassle of handling customs duties and taxes and the set-up and customer service teams have been incredibly helpful with any questions we've had along the way.

This app has really helped cut down on our order cancellations as clients can clearly see what customs fees/taxes will be required of them. The team was helpful with installation and anytime I've had issues, the Customer Care team is quick to help (shoutout to Lennon for solving our recent issues so quickly)!

We are a small business, and we were hoping to find a way to ship internationally without massively complicating our fulfillment operations.
