Their deep knowledge of the Zonos shipping app, combined with their responsiveness and clear communication, made our experience truly seamless. Curtis was great setting up the app and training with our partner plant in Asia. The app will save us time creating labels and documents needed for shipping and is straight forward for duty/vat calculation. I would recommend this app.

They have really helped us with our duty/tax calculations with the Landed Cost Guarantee program taking the guess work out of this area when shipping internationally. Love this app -- makes complicated taxation/duties rules for international orders super easy. They hand hold you through the whole set up and processing int'l orders thereafter is seriously 1 click of a button. No one could understand this on their own and these guys are experts. Also, they can calculate dimensional weight which to this day, I still can't find a good app for that for domestic orders. Also, they bear all the risk of their calculations; they guarantee the taxes and duties calculations and pay the difference if they are wrong. Makes me sleep better at night given how complicated that is. JUST USE THIS APP.

We have completed a successful onboarding process for the Zonos Duty and Tax app. The app is excellent, very user-friendly, and - so far - meets all our expectations and needs. We now are very comfortable offering our customers the chance to pay duties and taxes upfront and make our delivery process transparent, streamlined, and frictionless. The Zonos support team is also top-notch! A special shout-out to both Nicholas McBride and Curtis Hixon, two exceptional and knowledgeable professionals who helped us at every step of this onboarding process. This app and it's team get 5 Stars. They have been so helpful setting up the zones for shipping and super fast. I was up and running in 3 days. Call out to Barrett for always being there and assisting with any questions. The dashboard is so easy to use and print labels. I would recommend this app for anyone doing international shipping.

So far we're loving Zonos! The warehouse guys wish they could ship everything through the Zonos dashboard, our Sales department is happy with the uplift we're seeing in international markets, and the Customer Service folks really like how it all works for the customers.

There is absolutely no way that I would have felt comfortable doing this on my own - there is a lot to know about international commerce and shipping.
