We bought this AP and it didn't work. I contacted support and they said I needed a special API from Shopify which only comes with the top-end Shopify plan or $20 a month. I got the $20 a month API and it still didn't work. I contacted support and I got the below response. I would not recommend this AP to anyone. Typically with new stores we have an initial call, to see if Zonos would be a good for your international initiatives. Then we would get you in contact with our onboarding team to make sure everything is integrated accurately to avoid any complications. We don't provide any support for self-installs unfortunately. We do have a pricing agreement in place that all of our customers sign when integrating our services. We charge $1,000 for the initial setup fee, and then our pricing is transactional based after that. I wouldn't be able to provide you with any technical support, but I'm happy to get an agreement in place so we can get our onboarding team involved. They would be able to run through the configurations and do some tests to ensure everything is working properly.

Zonos has been awesome for us thus far! Global Trade is confusing and they've helped us to approach selling internationally, streamline systems to make it sustainable, and offered great resources to solve the nuances and confusing, unique experiences. Bethany was so helpful onboarding our first two shopify stores, Preston has been great in trying to get two more stores onboarded, and Cassie was a STUD helping us solve a one off problem. We weren't able to solve it using the Zonos software (shipping warranty parts) but she stuck with me and met with me multiple times to exhaust all possibilities and offered a solution outside the Zonos platform. GREAT customer service that is hard to find now a-days, specifically with apps/software in my experience!

This app has been a great help to us with international shipping. They take on all the hassle of handling customs duties and taxes and the set-up and customer service teams have been incredibly helpful with any questions we've had along the way.

This app has really helped cut down on our order cancellations as clients can clearly see what customs fees/taxes will be required of them. The team was helpful with installation and anytime I've had issues, the Customer Care team is quick to help (shoutout to Lennon for solving our recent issues so quickly)!

We are a small business, and we were hoping to find a way to ship internationally without massively complicating our fulfillment operations. Zonos is a perfect solution, and we could not be happier with the service they provide. Update: 3/19/2024 Zonos finally updated their app that works with discounts! It took some time to get it to work with checkout extensibility but I appreciate that they did not release a half-baked product and that they made sure that the app works seamlessly. Zonos' team, especially Jordan, was excellent in keeping us up to date with their development. They helped us reinstall the app and made sure that the app was working correctly with discounts. I felt like Zonos cared about us and our issues even though we're just a small business. Original: 7/21/2022 We've had numerous complaints from UK customers that they're getting taxed almost double of what they paid for the products. Zonos does not calculate VAT based on the discounted retail price. They only calculate based on the full retail price. We found a solution by using automatic discounts, so we told their dev team about it. Somehow, that's not working anymore either.
We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding your customers experience and appreciate your efforts in working with us through this issue. When promo codes are applied in checkout, there are limitations to the visibility of discounts that Shopify gives in these instances. We feel a similar frustration and disappointment on our customer's behalf that this issue is persisting despite our efforts to work through this. We believe we have found a better solution to resolve this moving forward, and hope to have that rolled out in the very near future. Zonos will always work with our partners to present every solution possible, as we did with your store, and we deeply regret that the timing of this issue resulted in a poor experience for your customers.

Worked with Barrett and team to help integrate this Zonos feature into our store WelForeHealth.com. Key is that this is new for us and we are severely understaffed. Expect complete patience and hand-holding throughout the process. Extreme flexibility and thoroughness. Exactly what we needed for our situation and circumstances. Shared pros and cons of different choices ahead of us, the short and/or long term implications of the decisions we needed to make, understanding our tradeoffs. Highly recommended as a partner for collaboration with international business development!

I wanted to create as frictionless an experience for international customers as possible with prepaid DDP shipping so they complete purchases with confidence and convenience and minimizing delays in delivery. Zonos helps us accomplish this. Shawn Roah was very professional, knowledgeable and supportive in making the integration process as easeful as possible. He was also super nice and a joy to work with.

I wish once an order is created that it shows " shipped" immediately instead of saying " Succeeded " which requires us to constantly click on the same order until it updates. Overall the app is easy to understand and I had a great specialist throughout this experience. Thank you Shawn for all of your help.

Got this app for international orders, also got the updated verson for UK because doing a VAT on our own was so confusing. Zonos team was super helpfuls, app works great!
