Zonos takes the guess work out of selling abroad. More importantly, our international customer love and appreciate the full transparency that comes with having the total landed costs prior to checkout. It's a win-win for all involved.

For the first time I have been able to sell products internationally with our customers being charged the correct shipping rate and more importantly our customers can see the landed costs with any duties at checkout. We love this transparency and it helps sell knowing that we don't have angry customers getting unexpected charges when goods are imported and delivered. The support team are really efficient and helpful. Highly recommend Zonos

I agree with the previous review. The app is supposed to give International customers a heads up into Duties/Taxes and make it easier for them to pay. Unfortunately, I'm losing more International orders than gaining because of the extra Zonos fees and Brokerage fees I could otherwise discount or rid of if I were allowed to use my UPS pricing agreement and a second account number. International is expensive as it is. Tagging on Zonos Fees and exxagerating to cover the spread is not generating more business. Not worth $99 in new orders after more than two months.

I will have someone from our team reach out to you today as our app does allow you to use your negotiated UPS rates along with a second account and we are happy to assist you in getting those set up. If your Brokerage fees are waived with UPS then they will be waived in Zonos landed cost quotes as well.

I added this app so that my international customers weren't blindsided by taxes and duties upon receiving their packages, but I've had nothing but trouble with it. The support people who work for this company are awesome (hence the two stars instead of one), but unfortunately the app itself is terribly inaccurate. I worked with several of my international customers to ask them what their taxes were and they were absolutely never even close to what Zonos estimated for Landed Costs. They were always way higher than my customers had to pay. Additionally, simple things like adding UPS shipping was difficult because, again, the rates weren't even close to what I'd pay to ship via Shopify Shipping. I'm worried that the overestimations are scaring people away during the checkout process. I've just changed all of my shipping fees to say "You may be expected to pay taxes/duties upon receipt of your item." Problem solved and now I get to keep my $20/month plus whatever percent they were taking per international order.

Inaccurate quotes are a typically the result of missing HS codes. We also understand that some merchants may be able to realize better shipping rates via Shopify's member pricing than you may have been able to negotiate independently, and in instances like this Zonos may not be the best fit. We use Zonos for international tax calculations and the Welcome Mat (we haven't moved over to Hello yet). We were launching a promo in less than 24 hours and needed last-minute changes to our now Zonos-unsupported Welcome Mat. Brandon Morin was knowledgeable, patient, and persistent (with his very busy team) and had the changes made with time to spare. Thousands of users and not a single Zonos issue during the madness of our promo. Thank you, Brandon -- you’re an awesome teammate.

Horrendous and confusing 3 weeks of trying to get this app set up- there is nothing easy or straight forward about it as advertised. Waste of time.

We have been using Zonos for several months and it is a game-changer for international shipping. No more agonizing customs forms - they are automatically completed! Click - click - and you are DONE! Customer service is fabulous. Calls and emails are answered very quickly and support stands behind their product. The only problem we had with a shipment was handled WAY above and beyond expectations.

I drop ship so my platform is a bit more complex to deal with. The team at zonos has been awesome and patient so far in helping me perfect a duties calculator to deal with the demands of ecommerce :) I have worked close with both Kat, Mariama and a bit with David, they are all equally amazing!! I highly recommend this app if you are a business like me who would like to give your customers the option of pre-paying their duties at checkout, avoiding paying them at arrival!

Shipping internationally was always a hassle. Customers were upset that they had to pay something to get their merchandise. With Zonos and DHL we can accurately collect all the charges at checkout and the customer gets the delivery free of charge. The people at Zonos are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Zonos has been a very valuable addition to our site and allows us to ship globally in a very manageable and efficient way. With the Zonos app we are able to provide accurate duties and taxes calculations to our customers at checkout which they then pre-pay to avoid any customer service issues upon delivery. We are able to ship internationally with confidence with Zonos.

Zonos has helped out international ecomm business tremendously. From my initial call with David, with IT set up and Mariama on support. All have been extremely helpful and dedicated to address any questions. Looking forward to expand more with Zonos with additional features they offer.

Started off a little rough as we installed Zonos Duty & Tax setup to comply with new EU rules effective 7-1-2021, but the team was able to work with us and get us through some obstacles. We are still going to give it some time to see if the app is effective in accomplishing our needs, but we are optimistic.

Hands down, a must have. There's nothing worse than shipping to a customer overseas and receiving hate mail in return because, unbeknownst to them, they have to pay their local taxes and duties to get their order released and delivered to them. Zonos took all of the guess work out of international shipping for us the seller, and more importantly for our customers. It's ability to provide transparency to our customers of their final cost is priceless. We saw an increase in conversions internationally once the app was deployed. It also saved us on the administrative side trying to determine shipping and duties for international orders in advance in order to hold our customers hands and walk them across their purchase. Their support has been awesome. Setup and configuration was relatively straight forward and their support team was rock solid when we ran into any hang-ups.
