It does exactly what it says it will do I am currently using the free version and everyday I am getting more and more views.

Horrific results. Spending more than $10 per click. Last 7 days spent $75 and got exactly 0 conversions. No way to control billing spend. They charge you whatever they think you should be charged. Stay away
Hi, thanks for your review and for using our app. I took a closer look at your campaign and would like to make a few comments: 1. You’re correct, in the last 11 days you’ve spent around $100 and received 5 clicks and no conversions. However, in the 11 days before that, you had spent $77 and received 11 clicks and $654 in sales. This is exactly how it works when you have few impressions/clicks and little daily spend. We have a customer that was in a similar situation to yours. They had almost 4,000 ad impressions and just 1 sale (which is low), but the situation changed completely with bigger numbers: https://blog.rontar.com/upgrading-from-the-free-forever-to-starter-plan 2. You can easily control how much you pay per click. This can be done on the Settings page in the app. You can also control how much you spend daily on the same page. Please note, when you limit the maximum cost per click, the number of impressions and clicks you’re getting is decreased as well. Application is nice but not much visitors yet, probably Coronavirus crisis, people avoiding visit sites who they sell gift items like me or toys, figures, we will wait until this pandemic over but very nice application and I will keep and upgrade after things comes normal or near to normal. strongly suggesting.

One of the few apps which really provide benefits on a free plan. Will move to their paid plan as soon I have more traffic. I strongly recommend it!

***update*** I tried to install this app 3 times. Every time error. Then suddendenly it was there without any confirmation. Then added money and was charged. Site said however "Error happened - Something went wrong. Our development team has already been notified. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please start again" But card was charged! Does not feel very stable and its suppose to do advertising for us? The team responded which was great, see below. Unfortunately they made assumptions which are not correct. We've now manage to get the app going however and time will tell if its works or not

Hello, As we can see you used the Safari browser to access the app. Our app is an embedded Shopify app following the best Shopify practices, so it requires 3rd party cookies to be enabled. Unfortunately, Safari doesn't allow this by default. Probably, later you used another browser to install the app. Then you added your payment method which we have charged. If that is not what you were expecting, please reach our support team and we will refund the full amount.

i install this ad 1st time, it is very awesome app for regretting audience. only one issue, when i upgrade this app, its charge 25$ but 2nd time this app not accept same master card.

Nataly was wonderful in helping us set it up and it appears to be working... analytics is showing some traffic coming from it, although I can't tell if there have been any sales from that traffic. So far no issues and we'll see what happens over the next few months!

Excellent, easy-to-use interface that lets you customize your ad's look and feel to that of your brand. Just do this once, and it creates all ads for you, so you're all done! Also, 1 click on the app in Shopify and it shows all of your stats and revenue. Very easy app to use, and it produces more revenue with no additional work at all. I've only been using this app for about 3 weeks and I've seen increased traffic. Still no sales yet, but definitely increased traffic. I'm still learning about this whole re-targeting stuff but it's better than what I was previously doing, which was nothing.

Since early December 2019 we had no conversions but many impressions like 191 which is very good. Can re-targeting can be focused on a specific area i.e South Africa?
Hi, thanks for your review and for using our app. The number of impressions you have received so far is too low to see any clicks, let alone sales. To increase the number of impressions, you’ll need to increase the number of visitors from other sources since retargeting shows ads to your past visitors only and is capable of delivering no more than 10% of what you’re getting in sales. If you’re already getting a lot of incoming traffic but still getting very few impressions from retargeting, you may consider switching to a paid plan to get more impressions. As for retargeting only South African visitors — yes, it’s possible. Please reach out to us via chat in the app and we will do this for you.

I have had it set up for a while now. Had 59 retargets with Zero clicks, zero sales, so far. To early to tell how well it works. I was easy to set up, except for adding my logo! They were helpful and helped me get it on correct. I am hoping to see success soon.

Also, please note that Rontar is a retargeting app, which means that we show ads to your past visitors only. If you have very few visitors from other sources, retargeting may not be able to give you more impressions than you’re getting currently.

We spent $70 with Rontar and received 1 click. Obviously not the ROI we were looking for compared to their claims. They will not refund us and we're suspending this app.

Rontar is a retargeting app, which means that we show ads to your past visitors only. Retargeting works best if the quality of your initial traffic is high. If the quality of the traffic is very low, retargeting might not work at all. 2. If you see that your retargeting campaign is not yielding the results you were expecting, you might want to limit your target cost per click/impressions. For example, you could explicitly set your target CPC to $1. Bear in mind though, this may severely limit the number of impressions you’re getting. 3. We have already refunded the not yet spent balance on your account. We don’t refund funds already spent on advertising.
