Hi, Thanks for your review and for using our app. Let me clarify a few things on using our app: 1. Your campaign is still in the learning mode, during which you may often see higher CPCs and lower conversion rates. Once the campaign is out of the learning mode, your CPCs will decrease. 2. Another reason for the higher CPCs than normal is your campaign settings. By default, your bid strategy is set to Auto, which means that we will try to get as many clicks/impressions as possible within your budget, which is $5 a day at the moment. This may sometimes result in a CPC higher than the average because your ads start showing on premium websites/ad placements. If you would like to manually limit the CPCs, you can switch to the “Target CPC” bid strategy in the app and enter the maximum CPC you’re willing to pay per click. Bear in mind though, this may severely limit the number of impressions/clicks you’re getting. 3. As for where we show you ads. We show your ads on the websites your visitors go to. To do that, we partner with different ad networks, including the Google network. Unfortunately, most of our partners don’t share the URLs with us. Even if they did, this information would be of no use to you. Our bidding algorithms determine where and when to show your ads, which is much more efficient than trying to exclude the non-converting sites that some ad networks allow on your own. Hi, Thanks for your review and for using our app. The results of retargeting campaigns usually depend on a lot of factors. Normally, for campaigns with lots of impressions and click data, the optimization is done automatically by our algorithms. However, for smaller campaigns that don’t have enough data, the only way to optimize the campaign is to do it manually. There’s simply no other way. Your campaign manager has already suggested the necessary adjustments but it usually takes more time to see the results of optimization. If you want to give it another try and wait a little bit longer, please reach out to our support team to make additional optimization adjustments.

Hi, Thanks for your review and for using our app. I took a quick look at your campaign and see you’re on the Free Forever plan already. This means that you will get up to 1,000 ad impressions monthly completely free. Please allow the app some time to gather the minimum retargeting audience of 100 visitors. This usually takes from a few hours to a few days depending on the number of visitors you’re getting daily to your website. After that, you will start seeing your first ad impressions. You don’t need to do anything else at that point but wait. Hope this helps. Reach out to us via chat if you have any other questions or need help. PS: I also noticed that you’ve uninstalled the app. If you still want to use it for free, simply install it again and give it some time to start working.

Hi, Thanks for your review and for using our app. Our Free Forever plan was created specifically for newer stores that are just starting out and have around 30-50 visitors daily or even fewer. For newer stores, the monthly 1,000 ad impressions available under the Free Forever plan is more than enough to leverage retargeting to its full potential. For the same reason, some of the settings are not available in your account because they simply make no sense and will not work if you only have a few dozen visitors daily. However, if you have 100+ visitors daily or even more, it makes sense to consider switching to the paid plan. Under the Pay-as-you-go plan, you will only be limited by the number of visitors you have daily to your website and the daily budget you set in your account. You will also be able to adjust different campaign settings that are not available under the Free Forever plan to improve your ROI, if that’s what you need. Hope this helps.
