I have had it set up for a while now. Had 59 retargets with Zero clicks, zero sales, so far. To early to tell how well it works. I was easy to set up, except for adding my logo! They were helpful and helped me get it on correct. I am hoping to see success soon.
Hi, thanks for your review and for using our app. I just want to say that’s the number of impressions you’ve seen so far is very low and it’s very early to tell whether it will work for you or not. Also, please note that Rontar is a retargeting app, which means that we show ads to your past visitors only. If you have very few visitors from other sources, retargeting may not be able to give you more impressions than you’re getting currently.
We spent $70 with Rontar and received 1 click. Obviously not the ROI we were looking for compared to their claims. They will not refund us and we're suspending this app.
Hi, thanks for your review and for using our app. I took a closer look at your campaign and would like to make a few comments: 1. Rontar is a retargeting app, which means that we show ads to your past visitors only. Retargeting works best if the quality of your initial traffic is high. If the quality of the traffic is very low, retargeting might not work at all. 2. If you see that your retargeting campaign is not yielding the results you were expecting, you might want to limit your target cost per click/impressions. For example, you could explicitly set your target CPC to $1. Bear in mind though, this may severely limit the number of impressions you’re getting. 3. We have already refunded the not yet spent balance on your account. We don’t refund funds already spent on advertising. I just installed it. It was very easy and fast. It looks very nice and you can customize it. Looking forward for great results.
I just installed this app, so I can't comment on the results, but it literally could not have been easier to set up. I simply clicked 'install', was taken to their dashboard, uploaded my logo, and now I'm all set. Can't wait to see the results!
This app was incredibly easy to installed and within a couple of days I was getting impressions. That said, my industry is super specialized and it hasn't resulted in clicks, but I think that says more about my industry than the app. I think for a more mainstream product line this would be a sure fire winner!
I am using this app. to get more impressions and conversions from new customers. I just added this app to my shopify store a couple of days ago, so I do not have a lot of details to share yet. I will write another review in about 30 days when i have more information.

I started getting views right away, and Rontar has done a great job of reaching out to me to explain how retargeting works and what to expect.
I just started using this a week ago so I don't have a lot of data to figure out how successful it but I appreciate the ability to run the free campaign and see if it generates revenue. It is pretty easy to use and watch the results.
Been use this free retargeting service only for a few days, and I'm already impressed with traffic to store stats...looking forward to do paid version soon to see that effects as well
We use the Rontar app for retargeting. The free free version is a fair option - there's no reason not to try it...
The Rontar Shopify app works well with literally zero hassle deployment. I recommend it. Try it for yourself.
I am using Rontar Retargeting Ads free and it helped to receive more traffic. I suggest to give it a try.
2000 impressions over a 30 day period and not 1 click back to the site. Have to wonder where the ads are being shown and to who? I would expect at least one or two click backs. I can appreciate not getting any sales, but to not get any visitors makes me wonder the effectiveness of this platform for my business. Free is good, but 0% of 0 is still 0 :)
Hi, I’m sorry you didn’t get the results you expected from using our app. I took a look at your campaign and see that you did receive about 2,000 ad impressions but no clicks. While it’s unusual to see such a low CTR, it’s too early to tell whether the campaign is effective or not due to the very low overall number of impressions. Sometimes you get 2,000 impressions and no clicks/sales, then you see 5-10 clicks and a few sales with the next 2,000 ad impressions. This is how it usually works. We have a customer that had a similar situation to yours. They had almost 4,000 ad impressions and just 2 clicks (which is low), but the situation changed completely with bigger numbers: https://blog.rontar.com/upgrading-from-the-free-forever-to-starter-plan Another reason could be the quality of inbound traffic. If the quality is low then retargeting will drive poor results as well. We don’t have access to this data so I can’t comment with 100% certainty on this. Hope this helps.
so far seems great easy to install once I looked carefully at it and then saw it in action on a website I went to my ads popped up so far so good at the moment i am happy ..hate when you do a review though and they make you do 100 characters but the app itself is good

I'm hopeful to see positive results from this free version and would be more than happy to upgrade to the paid version for good results. I'm giving 4 stars right now and will adjust my review in 30 days according to my findings.
