EAS EU & UK Compliance

A great app that does what shopify cannot, provide a way to use IOSS (International One Stop Shop) on a shopify store that is based in the EU and sends goods to EU customers from outside the EU. I have nothing but praise for the EAS team. The registration process, onboarding and set up was handled very smoothly, quickly and professionally by them. I would recommend using their App and offer of free set up and installation for your store.

Totally awesome on many levels! Firstly, the best tech support we have ever experienced! Cannot speak highly enough of the team at EAS, they have been invaluable during the integration process and managed it from start to finish for us (THANK YOU!!) They have been happy to answer follow up questions really quickly while we get used to things. Also awesome is the EAS system, it's exactly what we need to manage IOSS sales into Europe. Real-time dashboard pulling EU sales directly from our store we can see instantly our IOSS VAT liability at any time and associated EAS fees - peace of mind and minimum admin, no daily sales uploads, no hassle...we're so pleased to have found this solution. It's taken us 18 months of waiting for exactly this! We recommend taking the option for the EAS team to do the integration for you as there are lots of moving parts. They also provide a really useful document after the integration detailing all the settings changes made to your store so you know exactly what's been done should you ever need to know. I hope EAS becomes the standard for Shopify stores wanting to sell into Europe using IOSS VAT.

I worked with Petr Shepelev on this installation. It was quite a pleasant experience. He installed the EAS app on our store within a short amount of time and showed us examples of how things would work after the installation was completed. His timely responses and extensive knowledge of customs clearance for the EU and the UK gave us a strong boost in selling our products in those markets (from the US). Great team and a great app. Highly recommended if you are looking for an agency that takes care of the taxes/duties for your e-commerce.

After integrating with this service, we did encounter issues within the checkout page but EAS worked very hard to remedy this and other teething issues, so I wish to say a big thank you from us, the response time was impressive from EAS and I would recommend this app.

As a UK Shopify merchant, I must say that we are very happy with EAS Project. Their app works seamlessly in Shopify and at the end of each month, there is a detailed report of the sales for that month. Registration for IOSS went seamlessly with them and we have already seen a quiet return of the EU customers we had before so we are hopeful that the upward trend of returning EU customers will continue. We do not have to download reports or anything to EAS - it is all done through the app and they help with the installation and integration. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We're Aussies and we found the EU/UK tax laws so difficult to work around that we almost gave up on selling to those markets. Within one day we went from having no clue to being fully set up! The prices everywhere else were outrageous (≥$25/month without even a sale) and the services offered were minimal... but these guys give the FULL onboarding (they do it ALL) and they don't charge monthly fees! Their customer service is outstanding and their offering is so thorough that you would be an idiot to do IOSS anywhere else. I was almost put off by the lack of reviews but that would have made me the idiot! Super grateful for EAS. Not to mention that they didn't even ask for a review (which you normally get hassled for repeatedly by apps). Bloody amazing. Wishing you guys all the best, you deserve every success that comes your way!

BEST APP ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE TO DATE! The team at EAS are incredibly helpful. Before installing I had quite a few questions which were answered quickly by the team. I received the IOSS number the same day I submitted the requested documents. The team at EAS then helped with the installation and checked that it all was working properly before giving us the green light. I then had a few more questions with regards to orders over €150 which the CEO of the company and I spoke on the phone about! Would definitely recommend it, the onboarding has been fantastic and I am sure the app will also work well.
