Making a payment is a hassle, and on top of this, they charge fees. They also never followed back with an application to ship to UK
Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied. We’ve sent you multiple reminders regarding your outstanding invoices, which primarily consist of EU taxes but we haven't received any payments. We offer many payment options, including bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. However, you haven't made any payments towards the invoices, including both our fees and the taxes you have collected from your EU customers. Tax authorities necessitate full payment of taxes. EAS, as a third-party service provider, cannot absorb your unpaid taxes. We invested significantly in developing the leading cross-border tax solution, and we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service. We don't claim to be a non-profit organization. To sell to the UK, you were guided through the UK VAT registration process. However, it appears that you haven't completed the registration. We kindly request that you settle your outstanding balance promptly to avoid further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

First review I'ver ever left for an app because I'm so happy with the service during set up. They set every up for me and checked it and then showed me screenshots on how it works and sent me step by step instructions on how to register my new IOSS with my government and Royal Mail. Made a process that was extrememly complicated very easy.

I had been previously been directing my EU customers to my other marketplaces as it seemed so difficult for a small business like mine to set up IOSS for my own website. I am so pleased that I found EAS which is an affordable and straightforward solution to VAT handling for EU sales. I didn't have to do a thing as Aleksandra from EAS set up everything including registration for taxes and the app to make things work on my Shopify site. I applied late on a Friday afternoon and everything was set up and ready to go on the following Monday. Really impressed by the service and the speedy set up. Thanks so much!!

We've previously had IOSS enabled, but quickly decided to remove it due to the complexity and tedious manual reporting we had to do - and then we discovered EAS! Everything was completed quickly with a very detailed post-implementation report and the user interface is super easy to use too. Peter was great at setting this up, including adjusting the Shopify settings and responding to queries effectively. Highly recommended!

A great solution with saleable costs suitable for small business to provide IOSS to cross border sales. This is the best service there is out there having surveyed a few. Service has been personalised and good onboarding.

I chose EAS because of the amazing reviews and it was definitely the right choice. I had not wanted to go down the route of selling to the EU due to the complicated tax but EAS made this easier than ever. Set up took no time whatsoever, included a step by step report of what had been done or needed to be done by me and Peter has been fantastic at answering any questions I had. Overall a 100% positive experience, thank you!

I was pretty concerned about setting up EU VAT for my shop but I needn't have been! Ross, Peter, and the team at EAS were amazing during the entire installation process. They've managed to make a daunting process incredibly easy and hassle-free. I couldn't recommend them more!

Reviewing based on the setup so far, but WOW. That was such a smooth process for something that is intimidating and complicated to deal with as a small business owner. If not for this app, I would probably just have to say I couldn't sell into the EU. Test sales have all gone OK – fingers crossed for the real thing.

It almost seems too easy! EU and UK VAT has always seemed difficult as an e-commerce business in Australia, and after reading the positive reviews on EAS I decided to give them a go. The team has been fantastic - they had my store set-up and ready to go with our IOSS in no time, and the customer service and support has been second to none. The entire integration process has been seamless and has streamlined EU & UK VAT in a way that makes it entirely accessible to anyone. I'm yet to have my first VAT return submitted so I haven't followed the entire process through from start to finish, however first impression is that EAS has well and truly earned their positive reviews. I would recommend this to other e-commerce businesses looking for an EU/UK VAT solution.

I can't recommend this company enough. Made such a complex situation so easy to overcome and at such an affordable price. They literally install everything you need to be set up within the day of signing up and the team has been beyond excellent in answering any questions. If you're looking to sell to the EU from UK this is you're solution.

One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused. But most of the work is done by the team. The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I use this for shipping from US to EU and have had this app for around 3 months; I can honestly say I don't know what I would've done if this app didn't exist.

As a business owner from the USA, learning about the proper tax laws in other countries can be overwhelming. We want to be and stay compliant with the laws and we wanted to offer our courses to our friends in Europe. The EAS team is very quick in responding (do they even sleep?!), are so professional and thorough. They explain things in detail and are willing to hop on a call whenever it's needed. I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service experience has been. I am so grateful to be working with this team. They are making the process of expanding my customer base to so many others, much more simple and stress free. Thank you!

Great team at EAS Project ! Peter was in charge of onboarding and everything was so easy. Best application for exporting to EU from non-EU sellers. We don't have to worry about administration.

Excellent, personalised no fuss service! Sign up on the project website, give details of your business and OK the request from Shopify for EAS to configure things for you, and it's done in a day or so. They even spotted a couple of issues with our product listings concerning tax, and emailed for clarifications, then fixed it for us. Having looked into DIY solutions, then other agencies' offerings, this wins hands down. Really brilliant project. Highly recommended.
