It almost seems too easy! EU and UK VAT has always seemed difficult as an e-commerce business in Australia, and after reading the positive reviews on EAS I decided to give them a go. The team has been fantastic - they had my store set-up and ready to go with our IOSS in no time, and the customer service and support has been second to none. The entire integration process has been seamless and has streamlined EU & UK VAT in a way that makes it entirely accessible to anyone. I'm yet to have my first VAT return submitted so I haven't followed the entire process through from start to finish, however first impression is that EAS has well and truly earned their positive reviews. I would recommend this to other e-commerce businesses looking for an EU/UK VAT solution.

I can't recommend this company enough. Made such a complex situation so easy to overcome and at such an affordable price. They literally install everything you need to be set up within the day of signing up and the team has been beyond excellent in answering any questions. If you're looking to sell to the EU from UK this is you're solution.

One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused. But most of the work is done by the team. The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I use this for shipping from US to EU and have had this app for around 3 months; I can honestly say I don't know what I would've done if this app didn't exist.

As a business owner from the USA, learning about the proper tax laws in other countries can be overwhelming. We want to be and stay compliant with the laws and we wanted to offer our courses to our friends in Europe. The EAS team is very quick in responding (do they even sleep?!), are so professional and thorough. They explain things in detail and are willing to hop on a call whenever it's needed. I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service experience has been. I am so grateful to be working with this team. Excellent, personalised no fuss service! Sign up on the project website, give details of your business and OK the request from Shopify for EAS to configure things for you, and it's done in a day or so. They even spotted a couple of issues with our product listings concerning tax, and emailed for clarifications, then fixed it for us. Having looked into DIY solutions, then other agencies' offerings, this wins hands down. Really brilliant project. Highly recommended.

Expanding to the EU and UK has been a challenge ever since the new tax compliance policy came into effect. Cant rate it higher. So much better value compared with other IOSS services. Everything was set up for me - needed some tweeks which they quickly made. Very responsive to emails.

A great app that does what shopify cannot, provide a way to use IOSS (International One Stop Shop) on a shopify store that is based in the EU and sends goods to EU customers from outside the EU. I have nothing but praise for the EAS team. The registration process, onboarding and set up was handled very smoothly, quickly and professionally by them. I would recommend using their App and offer of free set up and installation for your store.

Totally awesome on many levels! Firstly, the best tech support we have ever experienced! Cannot speak highly enough of the team at EAS, they have been invaluable during the integration process and managed it from start to finish for us (THANK YOU!!) They have been happy to answer follow up questions really quickly while we get used to things. Also awesome is the EAS system, it's exactly what we need to manage IOSS sales into Europe. Real-time dashboard pulling EU sales directly from our store we can see instantly our IOSS VAT liability at any time and associated EAS fees - peace of mind and minimum admin, no daily sales uploads, no hassle...we're so pleased to have found this solution. It's taken us 18 months of waiting for exactly this! We recommend taking the option for the EAS team to do the integration for you as there are lots of moving parts. They also provide a really useful document after the integration detailing all the settings changes made to your store so you know exactly what's been done should you ever need to know. I hope EAS becomes the standard for Shopify stores wanting to sell into Europe using IOSS VAT.

I worked with Petr Shepelev on this installation. It was quite a pleasant experience. He installed the EAS app on our store within a short amount of time and showed us examples of how things would work after the installation was completed. His timely responses and extensive knowledge of customs clearance for the EU and the UK gave us a strong boost in selling our products in those markets (from the US). Great team and a great app. Highly recommended if you are looking for an agency that takes care of the taxes/duties for your e-commerce.
