Haven't used it but a day or so. Hopeful it will get rid of the bots from china and elsewhere accessing my site for who knows what purpose as I only sell in the US Update: Isn't blocking anything. I get errors when I test it. I've send email to support twice with no reply? Was supposed to get a 30 day premium trail but didn't get that either Not sure what is going on

Didn't block countries I was having issues with abandoned checkouts for, all for the Seychelles. It said it had blocked 6, yet I still had 14 abandoned checkouts from that country in 4 days. Tried to get support on this twice and their reply time is too long to be waiting for a reply.

Quick response and clear accurate advice given to my concern. The solution is blocking visitors from a specific country that i want to exclude from my site. It was easy to install but i just needed assurance it was working andMendel gave that to me. Thank you

Im quite happy with it but it seems some features don’t work so well as a specific blocked country is still able to visit my shop and contact me.

I installed the IP & Country Blocker in less than five minutes. The setup was super straightforward. Since turning it on, I’ve noticed a significant drop in fraudulent orders from proxy users. The analytics dashboard is really helpful

Securify has given me great peace of mind that my website is fully secure. It is so simple and easy to install and then implement and Goran from their support staff is so helpful and quick to respond to help. Their product packages are very reasonable priced too! I just installed this app and it was so easy to set up and the team is very helpful! We have been having issues with bots creating abandoned carts on our website and Securify has been so helpful in preventing that from happening!

Hey, I am sorry to hear that, it's just a misunderstanding, Shopify just made an update which turned off the app in your theme, You will just need to turn it on back, but we understand your confusion. We initiate a refund from April and email you.
