I was super excited at how easy it was to create and order from a catalog. But, as I went through the process of testing ordering from the catalog, I found the app to be a bit buggy and I ran into issues I could not find support to correct. For one, I couldn't find a way to keep my customized cover page from changing when ever I opened the pdf version of the catalog. I could see my front page image when the catalog was presented as a thumbnail but it quickly disappeared in the pdf version. It's a small but very annoying issue. The much larger issue was not having my wholesale price reflected when items were placed in the cart which is the sole purpose of my paying for the app in the first place. And, lastly, the most annoying issue of all is NO ACCESS to support for these types of questions and others. Very disappointing cause I had such high hopes for this app.

Initially, I felt I couldn't have a catalog with Easy Catalog. Thankfully, I got lots of help, and I now can get catalogs put together for my Amish customers. If you feel that this doesn't quite work for you, ask for help! You will get it very quickly! With the help and an update, I have the variants I wanted! Original review: I have a bunch of variants for my products. I couldn't get the variants to load under their parent product listing.
UPDATE 17. October We just finish new feature. I was very excited about this app and it seemed to be working well, but now it won't let me edit at all. I can't change the cover page, colors, font, anything. It just keeps re-loading and taking me back to the original every time I make a change. I'm trying to get in touch with the help desk but haven't had any luck.

Great app to create a PDF catalog of the products on your website. Has a lot of customizing options. Also let's you to update the catalog without having to create a new one, so you can keep the same link for the catalog. We're still trying to figure out how to update a catalog of a collection after changes have been made to the collection (e. g. products were added or removed to the collection, change in name of the collection).

la aplicacion es buena pero deberia haber una opcion donde se actualice automaticamente los catalogos que creamos cuando se ingresa una referencia nueva o cuando se agota la primer variante de un producto no muestra las otras variantes que si estan disponibles

The team here listens to your requests and helps where they can. I have tried literally every linesheet tool in Shopify and this is by far the best.
update: 14. July - app issues FIXED Hello. Between 9. July and 12. July there was a few issues with our app and the catalogs are not generated. Very sorry about these issues. Now is everything FIXED and we believe that we are the best catalog app in the Shopify App store again. Please send us your feedback. I used this app to build a wholesale catalog to distribute to my current buyers and to create a larger, easier way for new clients to purchase my products. I found that it is also useful for drawing more retail customers to my website. Easy to use may be the best part.

This app has awesome potential but is highly unstable. I lost my work no less than 10+ times. It's lacking some basic formatting functionality, it's super buggy, and some features don't work at all. It took me 3 days to complete what should have taken less than 3 hours. I reached out to tech support, which is non-existent. At one point it wouldn't even allow me save my file anymore. That's when I had to start over completely, and I was very careful to do everything perfectly the first time with no need for changes, and I finally got it to work. I'm very happy with the end result, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. Update: I've tried emailing support, but they only reply to the reviews on this page. Have not responded to a single email. Reduced to 1 star for this reason.

Hi there, Have multiple annoying issues, after I paid a subscription for the app. Sad I can't use this app as wanted, it's driving me nuts... Buttons not working, refresh app not working, the intempestive messages of "While the catalog is being generated (the approximate time is a 3 minutes) help us to make this app better" Duh I'm gonna uninstall it if it's that's annoying, Even I cleaned my caches of my browsers, still not working at all. I need to use it for professionnals purposes, so please make it working finely, why reduce my efficiency by doing this all the time ? Or refund us and we will try to find better apps because for a first day using in pro version, it's big fail.
