We subscribed to the highest tier ($359.99/year), expecting better functionality and priority support as advertised. Unfortunately, this app has been a complete disappointment. Support is non-existent: Despite paying for "priority support," our requests were ignored or delayed for days. Even after escalating the issue, we received no meaningful help. Buggy and unreliable: The app is riddled with issues. Syncing doesn’t work properly, and customizing pages doesn’t create usable templates. It’s not intuitive and far from user-friendly. False advertising: The features promoted in the App Store do not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a marketing gimmick designed to upsell a broken product. Refund ignored: We formally requested a refund after months of problems and were met with silence. This app is nowhere near worth the price. Save your money and look elsewhere.

constantly crashes, doesn't autosave. If you like working for hours to find your work gone, then this app is for you.

Terrible experience. The UI is clunky, confusing, and extremely time-consuming to use. The app feels very limited and far from user-friendly. The biggest issue is misleading information on their pricing. They advertise a “free plan with watermark,” but what they don’t explain is that the watermark is not a small corner mark—it’s a huge box plastered across every single page of your catalog. After you waste an hour or more creating a catalog, you realize it’s completely unusable unless you pay. That’s not a watermark, that’s bait-and-switch. This app is a total waste of time and money. Shopify should really remove apps like this from the store.
Hi. Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, that's the only limitation on the FREE plan, but the watermark is only on a few pages, not all pages. Please keep in mind that for $9.99 a month, you can get the Basic plan without any watermarks.

This company stop updating software and is not longer compatible with Shopify

TERRIBLE customer service!! They respond every three days, if you're lucky and their response doesnt even address the problem you wrote them about in the first place. So you reply and wait another three days. Potential to be a great catalog... but terrible service to get any bugs fixed!!

Despite taking the 29.99 USD plan the watermark does not go when you try and download the PDF.
UPDATE: Please let me know if the problem has been resolved. Sorry for the issues, and thank you for choosing our app. The PDF is a static format, and after the upgrade, you need to regenerate the catalog to remove the watermark, for which you will receive an instant notification after the upgrade, so I believe that this is a misunderstanding. My team will add a new message to avoid situations like this. Kind regards

Despite continuous promises of updates and solutions from the development team, the fundamental issues persist, severely limiting the functionality and efficacy that this application is supposed to offer. The technical support, while accessible, rarely provides effective solutions, leaving me with a tool that promises much but delivers little, causing considerable frustration and significant time loss.

Waiting for over 2 months for refund. I email them every week and they tell me they will process a refund...still waiting. I do not recommend this app. Update: I have been told I was getting refunded since August 30th. It is October 20th and still have not received it. Nothing was done immediately. Update: I finally received by refund that I was told on in August was complete. Awful customer service. I did realize that I was not refunded the full amount and a processing fee was taken out. They told me if I changed this review, I would be credited the processing fee. My review stands as one star, this company lied to be several times saying they processed a refund, and they did not. They are also trying to buy a better review by offering all my money back. They can keep the processing fee. I will not be changing my review. I recommend you find an app with better customer service.

the result is not mobile friendly. We have been asking for a change to a template for months, it was promised to us but never implemented. The assistance service replies sporadically via email. We are very dissatisfied.

This app has awesome potential but is highly unstable. I lost my work no less than 10+ times. It's lacking some basic formatting functionality, it's super buggy, and some features don't work at all. It took me 3 days to complete what should have taken less than 3 hours. I reached out to tech support, which is non-existent. At one point it wouldn't even allow me save my file anymore. That's when I had to start over completely, and I was very careful to do everything perfectly the first time with no need for changes, and I finally got it to work. I'm very happy with the end result, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. Update: I've tried emailing support, but they only reply to the reviews on this page. Have not responded to a single email. Reduced to 1 star for this reason.

Hi there, Have multiple annoying issues, after I paid a subscription for the app. Sad I can't use this app as wanted, it's driving me nuts... Buttons not working, refresh app not working, the intempestive messages of "While the catalog is being generated (the approximate time is a 3 minutes) help us to make this app better" Duh I'm gonna uninstall it if it's that's annoying, Even I cleaned my caches of my browsers, still not working at all. I need to use it for professionnals purposes, so please make it working finely, why reduce my efficiency by doing this all the time ? Or refund us and we will try to find better apps because for a first day using in pro version, it's big fail.

The app is unable to display Chinese characters properly even I reported the case to the support but it is not fixed after a week. Moreover, it's always hard to download the big catalog file as my shop is having few hundreds of items.
