Works smoothly, easy to use and well-priced. Has download links/buttons in all the right places for great UX. This app was usable for me pretty much out-of-the-box. The default settings are solid; I think I've only adjusted one or two settings for my needs. So far I've found basically every feature that I needed somewhere in the app and its settings. There's one feature that I needed that is still being developed. I reached out to the developer, Axel, and he worked with me on a custom solution that works perfectly for my store. He saved me from having to add more apps/third party services to our tech stack. Probably saved me additional costs for those additional services too. And the solution that he helped me with has a better UX too.

Axel was really great! Myself, as a new user, to have someone actively reach out to help make sure everything is working smooth is a big help. He also help explained features that I don't quite understand.

the app is great but documentation should be improved as i didn't know that i have to add a block in the theme to show the download button in the order confirmation page
EDIT: Based on your feedback, I have updated the app today. The new update includes an improved onboarding process to better explain how to enable the app block on the thank you page. 😉 --- Thank you for your review! I totally agree with your feedback and will be including a dedicated section for this in the next app update. The information is currently unclear because the feature was recently made available to all Shopify users, after being exclusive to the Shopify Plus plan.

I have used EDP for a long time and it really helped me out in selling license keys for digital products. I can upload my own license keys and set prices for each duration in an intuitive way. I recommend you using this if you have similar needs as me.

I took the Pro Plan from the beginning because it has all the storage and tools I need to get the job done. Easy to use, download attempt limits, quick response and efficiency when you have questions, and better user experience. I have a 6th sense for finding what's working for me and my business, so I didn't go wrong this time either! The details matter and make all the difference! We originally got this app to help with selling audiobook codes. It has also worked well when selling and immediately fulfilling ebooks with hardcover book purchase—including when purchasing at a POS when traveling at conventions. Axel has been great to work with when we've had a problem or difficulty and support has been outstanding. Highly recommend using this app for selling digital products.

I'm in total agreement with everyone else in the reviews. It's pretty rare to find any plugin, app, or service that actually consistently works! But Axel is clearly super-attentive to making sure everything is running smoothly. I've had two instances where I needed a little guidance from and Axel was super responsive and helpful in both instances. No kidding, I actually sleep better and night knowing I'm not going to wake up to some buggy issues a customer has run into (used it happen all the time with other download solutions!)

The app works great, but more importantly Axel is extremely responsive and helpful. I've run into a couple of issues during the years I've been using this EDP, and both times he was quick to respond and he even stuck with me for a number of weeks as we worked with Shopify to resolve an odd and very specific issue I was experiencing. Highly recommended!
