This App work as I had hoped. Really easy to setup. Developer went above and beyond to help answer some questions that I had. Wouldn't hesitate to use this app.

EDP is great for selling digital copies of my products. I've used it for going on 4 years now. Axel is also very responsive to my questions and resolves any issues I have very quickly.

I was selecting between three digital product apps for my new Shopify store. I contacted all three with individual use case questions. One didn't reply, one replied with a generic automated response and then there was Axel and EDP - he answered my questions directly and clearly, and what the software could and couldn't do. His support has been excellent and fast. EDP is ideal if you want to send digital products and license keys, giving the right amount of customisation to be powerful but not so much that you waste time. It does exactly what I needed.

This is one of the best download apps for Shopify. I tested many and this app has the best featutes. Very easy to setup downloadable products with plenty of options. Support is also extremely good. Thank you!

We have been using EDP for a long time now and are very pleased with its functionality! We haven't had any issues with it but on the rare occasion we've needed additional help, the developer has been very responsive.

I love this app: 1) It's easy to use 2) It does exactly what you expect it to do 3) It comes up with excellent customer service (my questions are always responded to the same day – amazing!) As a solopreneur, it has everything I look for: ease of use, reliability, & great support.

Honestly, this app has made selling digital products so much easier. super intuitive to use. About the support. I had a question late at night, and the devs replied almost immediately. They’re really open to feedback too, which is rare these days.

The app is very easy and very consistent! Great options to personalize everything. I never needed any help before, but when I faced a minor issue yesterday, Axel has been great and helped immediately! He fixed it on the spot and has been of GREAT assistance! This is the app for you, as prices are great compared to other apps, you will have everything you need, never face an issue, and if you do you will have immediate response and the best customer service! great app that I use in two e-shops. It's simple, and reliable but very variable for different use-cases. I use it for selling gift vouchers and works perfect. Also, the support is very responsive. 5/5

I am blown away at how powerful this app is. Even if a person is not tech-savvy, this app is easy to use immediately after purchase. I was looking for a simple-to-use product from my digital shop that would securely deliver my digital products to customers. Also, one that I could recommend to my clients. Both boxes are checked with this product. I love that it has a free plan and is low-cost whenever the customer is ready to upgrade. A major bonus since my audience are emerging entrepreneurs! This app has just the right amount of customization options and I even have the options for PDF stamping and download limits. What's not to love? This will be the best investment you have made!

App is simple to set up, simple to use, and enough basic customizations for me to get the look and feel just right. When I emailed a question, I got a response and an answer right away. I don't think I'll grow out of the app as my book business expands.

I’ve found this app to be an exceptional tool for selling digital products. The setup is incredibly easy and the interface is very intuitive, making it simple to upload and manage digital files. The ability to customise download links adds a nice touch, and the overall performance has been smooth, without any glitches. I also appreciate the responsive support from the developer Axel, which has been really helpful.
