Honestly, this app has made selling digital products so much easier. super intuitive to use. About the support. I had a question late at night, and the devs replied almost immediately. They’re really open to feedback too, which is rare these days.

The app is very easy and very consistent! Great options to personalize everything. I never needed any help before, but when I faced a minor issue yesterday, Axel has been great and helped immediately! He fixed it on the spot and has been of GREAT assistance! This is the app for you, as prices are great compared to other apps, you will have everything you need, never face an issue, and if you do you will have immediate response and the best customer service! I am blown away at how powerful this app is. Even if a person is not tech-savvy, this app is easy to use immediately after purchase. I was looking for a simple-to-use product from my digital shop that would securely deliver my digital products to customers. Also, one that I could recommend to my clients. Both boxes are checked with this product. I love that it has a free plan and is low-cost whenever the customer is ready to upgrade. A major bonus since my audience are emerging entrepreneurs! This app has just the right amount of customization options and I even have the options for PDF stamping and download limits. What's not to love? This will be the best investment you have made!

App is simple to set up, simple to use, and enough basic customizations for me to get the look and feel just right. When I emailed a question, I got a response and an answer right away. I don't think I'll grow out of the app as my book business expands.

I’ve found this app to be an exceptional tool for selling digital products. The setup is incredibly easy and the interface is very intuitive, making it simple to upload and manage digital files. The ability to customise download links adds a nice touch, and the overall performance has been smooth, without any glitches. I also appreciate the responsive support from the developer Axel, which has been really helpful. I've been working with EDP for a week now and think the app is very clear and easy to set up. The display on our thank you page overlapped with another app, which is why I contacted support. Support responded quickly and my request was processed within 10 minutes. A clear recommendation if you want to offer digital products.

Works smoothly, easy to use and well-priced. Has download links/buttons in all the right places for great UX. This app was usable for me pretty much out-of-the-box. The default settings are solid; I think I've only adjusted one or two settings for my needs. So far I've found basically every feature that I needed somewhere in the app and its settings. There's one feature that I needed that is still being developed. I reached out to the developer, Axel, and he worked with me on a custom solution that works perfectly for my store. He saved me from having to add more apps/third party services to our tech stack. Probably saved me additional costs for those additional services too. And the solution that he helped me with has a better UX too.

the app is great but documentation should be improved as i didn't know that i have to add a block in the theme to show the download button in the order confirmation page
EDIT: Based on your feedback, I have updated the app today. The new update includes an improved onboarding process to better explain how to enable the app block on the thank you page. 😉 --- Thank you for your review! I totally agree with your feedback and will be including a dedicated section for this in the next app update. The information is currently unclear because the feature was recently made available to all Shopify users, after being exclusive to the Shopify Plus plan.

I have used EDP for a long time and it really helped me out in selling license keys for digital products. I can upload my own license keys and set prices for each duration in an intuitive way. I recommend you using this if you have similar needs as me.
