Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

It's really a pleasure finding this company, doing the donation app. We needed an app for this, and it works right out of the box and easy to setup. It was more complicated to get it customized to the way we wanted this, but the support department is super friendly and helpful and helped us to customize the look as we wanted and in a short time. By making the example changes and have us approve it, so nothing got messed up. I warmly recommend this app and a special thanks to Pooja S. for her super support!

This app keeps glitching. It was installed and working fine for 3 days, then all of a sudden it disappeared from my shopify site. Keep getting a 500 server error and I can't even access the app now. Very unfortunate. During our biggest sale of the year, we were really hoping to be able to get a lot of donations for our charity partner.

We are using this app to manage donations for our Foundation. It does exactly what is described and works perfectly for us with pre-defined amounts and custom amount fields. I did have one issue that I could not resolve myself. The support team is amazing. They fixed my issue within 24 hours. Very responsive. Very helpful. If you are gathering donations for a foundation or non-profit. You should use this app. I found nothing else comparable. Use this app. You won't regret it.

Depending on your theme, it may not be a totally simple drag and drop, but support was very helpful and responsive in troubleshooting and answering questions.

We used this app to allow adding donations at checkout. It has been beneficial for us and our customers so they don't have to find a "product" labeled donation to be able to donate. When we needed help or service they have been fast to respond.

We have been using the app for a handful of years now and really appreciate the functionality and fantastic customer support. The Zestard team has gone above and beyond to facilitate timely feedback and support.

We use this to facilitate open donations to our museum. I like how seamlessly it fits in on the cart and checkout pages. We also use it as a standalone product. This was a little more difficult to set up, but with quick and efficient help from the support team, we were able to get it running.

While I am still in the trial phase of this app, so far it's been really great. The support has been excellent and the app functions just as it should. What more could you want from an app?

Straightforward app, helpful support. Slight delays due to time difference but that's not too much of a problem if you factor it in to your planning.

Poor support. Doesn't respond within 24 hours. The app will take a lot of private customer data out of your backend. The billing isn't transparent – although they offer a free try period – usage-based-charges up to 20 U$ may occur.

Fast and friendly help. Easy to configure and loads of options. Stoked with the app especially for a charity like ours.
