Our chatbot will always do its best, but it does have its limits, and our team is usually just a message away when you need a human touch. Regarding the text on the opt-in page, our chatbot was actually correct on this one, the reason that text isn't customisable is that it's fully translated into many different languages, so that international customers are automatically presented with the page in their own language. Allowing custom text would unfortunately break this automatic translation. It's a deliberate design choice to ensure the best experience for international customers.
