The easy Google Customer Reviews app works beautifully! And the support has been nothing short of amazing. My company had a special request that required a configuration--the team at Union Works Apps worked with me to get things set up to meet our specific needs. I would highly recommend this app and developer to any company looking to integrate with Google Customer Reviews. My company's difficult case was made easy the moment I began working with the team at Union Works Apps.

Have been using this app for years. Then when Shopify went to the new Checkout Extensibility, it broke - pop-ups can no longer be used unless you revert to the old order status page, which is only a temporary fix. This updated app uses a different method to show the opt-in, and works with the new Checkout Extensibility pages. Support, if or when you need it, is excellent. Worth every penny.

We unsuccessfully spent 5 days and hundreds of dollars trying to implement google customer reviews after Shopify update. Then we found this app and for $5 and within 3 minutes everything was set up. Use the app without any hesitation

After switching to the new Checkout Extensibility our google reviews opt in had not worked for months. Finally this app provided a solution. Easy Google Customer Reviews is super easy to set up and Steve was very responsive in providing support when we had questions. We highly recommend it.

We were using another provider and the opt in survey suddenly stopped working so none of our customers were able to leave reviews. We have spent over a month with the other company trying to fix it to no avail. We found Easy Google Customer Reviews and it was fixed within minutes. Their customer service was excellent!

Installed and working great. Finally getting Google Merchant Center Review popup working and collecting seller reviews.

We had a couple of teething problems with setting up but all sorted now thanks to Steve. Very helpful and responsive support, can't fault them at all. The app does just what it's expected to.

Excellent service. Shopify customer support referred me to this app. I made a mess of it before I came to know of this app and the app's customer service was able to clean up the back end so that this app would work. Overall simple app to install and the customer service was fantastic!!
