Its not working properly

Great Experience - can highly recommend. This app allowed us to lock certain collections only for specific user groups. We are using it to make our internal tools and training material available to our teachers. The support is super responsive and very helpful (we needed some help to adapt it to our theme)

Super easy to install and set up. Works exactly how we need it to (3 collections require customer accounts and one doesn't). Help is super speedy! Highly recommend.

We had a small technical issue affecting our site accordions after updating to the newest theme. When we reached out to Easy Whole locks for B2B, they were able to update and fix their side of the code within 2 days. Great customer service!

App is good, but their support is not. The app wasn't working and I couldn't get support in a timely manner. I do not recommend using this app because if you have an issue, there isn't good support.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Once you uninstall it your whole site crashes and you cant find what piece of code they added to make all your work go away.

This app recently has become one of the worst apps ever to use for wholesale locks, all prices are showing on our website all of sudden

WORKS GREAT BUT BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I used a paid version for more than a year and it works great - no complaints, BUT when I uninstalled it took my site down with no content displaying on any pages - it took Shopify THREE DAYS to find the problem and get my site displaying again. Unlike most modern apps that do not rewrite your theme code, this app ADDS CUSTOM THEME CODE - uninstalling it from Shopify can take down your store. I lost three days of sales at month-end - the period I do 80% of my sales, and had to spend 8 hours chatting with 3 different Shopify techs to get the site working again. I have somewhat cooled off now so am not using swearwords that would more accurately describe my feelings about what this app did to my business.

We definitely never want anything like this to happen. Yes as you mentioned our app adds custom code to your theme to achieve the locks etc you've configured, so its important to disable the locks etc before uninstalling.
