Super easy to install and set up. Works exactly how we need it to (3 collections require customer accounts and one doesn't). Help is super speedy! Highly recommend.

We had a small technical issue affecting our site accordions after updating to the newest theme. When we reached out to Easy Whole locks for B2B, they were able to update and fix their side of the code within 2 days. Great customer service!

App is good, but their support is not. The app wasn't working and I couldn't get support in a timely manner. I do not recommend using this app because if you have an issue, there isn't good support.

As a wholesaler, it isn't easy to balance promoting your products and disclosing too much to the public. Easy Lockdown helped me lock down all my pages effortlessly while allowing the public to access their information. Their tech support is fast, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! They were able to edit my pricing and "vendor-only" marketing information precisely the way it was needed. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Once you uninstall it your whole site crashes and you cant find what piece of code they added to make all your work go away.

WORKS GREAT BUT BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I used a paid version for more than a year and it works great - no complaints, BUT when I uninstalled it took my site down with no content displaying on any pages - it took Shopify THREE DAYS to find the problem and get my site displaying again. Unlike most modern apps that do not rewrite your theme code, this app ADDS CUSTOM THEME CODE - uninstalling it from Shopify can take down your store. I lost three days of sales at month-end - the period I do 80% of my sales, and had to spend 8 hours chatting with 3 different Shopify techs to get the site working again. I have somewhat cooled off now so am not using swearwords that would more accurately describe my feelings about what this app did to my business.

App works great. Super easy. I tried other apps that were complicated. Highly recommend.

EasyLockdown has proven to be an excellent app that meets most of our needs. The user interface is pretty intuitive, and you can chose which sections of the site you want to lock-down. What stands out the most is the exceptional customer support; they have been incredibly helpful in customizing the experience to fit our specific requirements.
