Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B

Great App, does wat it promised to do for a very reasonable price! Recently I had a few questions and functionality requests regarding the app, The support was superb! They helped me all the way through and implemented what I asked for.

This app has been perfect for keeping a "secret section" of my shop that is exclusive to members only. Love it!

Not only does this app does what it is meant to do, but their customer support is wonderful. I thought I had an issue (turned out to be a silly user error) and they helped out immediately. Highly recommend.

The app itself works fine, however when I no longer needed it and wanted to delete the app, my entire website was broken. I had to reinstall the app the fix the problem. The instructions were not clear and the entire website was down for a period.

We run a site dedicated to selling to only local seed professionals to help protect our customers from having their clients know product cost. The app has done amazingly well. But what’s even better is the app support. Super fast and always willing to help, even on issues that basically wasn’t caused by their app directly. They want to make sure you’re store works the way you intend it to. At 7/month, it’s a deal.

I needed an app that could hide a specific category on the main menu when customers aren't logged in. I reached out to their support. Their response was swift. I've been using this app now for 6 months and it's a blast to use. Easy to handle and the same for the installation. As for all apps, RTFM, that saves you allot of hassle.

This app is part 1/2 of a 1 - 2 punch that I use for content access in my store. There is a bit of a learning curve on the front end but nothing drastic or inhibiting. An hour of spin up and from there it has been off to the races. Better that better, I am able to stand up the functionality I need with a minimum of rules and adding to or changing them is a couple of clicks and done. Thanks guys!!

The support team was polite, professional, and amazingly responsive in making some adjustments to the appearance of my lock to better represent my branding and desired functionality. We corresponded several times during the course of a week, and they executed my vision perfectly.

Excellent customer service - I am extremely satisfied with their help! I wrote to them yesterday with a minor issue I was having with the app not perfectly synching with my theme - they wrote back very quickly and promptly fixed all the little issues.
