Great app with lots of great features that our business relies upon every week. We recently had an issue with Shopify where they removed our API connections and the team at Easy Routes helped us to get back up and running. It was at this time that we realised how much we relied on Easy Routes for our local deliveries.

We've been using this software for 3-4 months and are loving it! EasyRoutes is feature-filled without feeling too complicated, and provides day-to-day optimization and reliability to our home delivery program. The app is updated frequently with new features, and the team has been friendly and responsive to all of our inquiries. Many thanks!

We've tried every routing app out there with no success. There are so many steps and variables for setting up the entire delivery/routing process that it made it impossible to find one that works. We had given up for months and were doing it all manually instead. EasyRoutes has thought of every minor detail perfectly. It saves us over 4 hours per week on delivery planning, their AI is perfect at configuring optimal routes, and our drivers finish their routes over 50% faster. I've never been so happy with a software tool, it solved a HUGE pain point for us. And the support and onboarding has been top class as well.

We've tried a few routing apps over the last couple of years and Easyroutes has been by far the best. It was easy to set up and connect to our Shopify store, easy for our drivers to use and has really improved the service we give to our customers who love that they get and ETA and can track the driver live. When ever I have used support they have responded incredible quickly. In fact it is the best support for a digital product that I have ever experienced. They have even implemented new features that I have requested.

EasyRoute's customer service goes above and beyond! The team is incredibly accommodating to every request and was always happy to troubleshoot. We've tried other delivery platforms in the past and EasyRoutes is hands-down the most intuitive, supportive and functional.

Ive tried lots of apps before settling for easyroutes. Overall it is best from what I tested and is a great app with many useful features. It is great for route planning and the notification system works great, and the support team is responsive. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10.

Easy Routes is worth every penny! Highly customizable and every detail has been thoroughly thought out. I would not be able to run my business efficiently without this application. I contacted support to request a feature and less than 24 hours later they pushed through an update with the feature added in. Unbelievable! The developers even asked for my feedback and made additional updates based on my suggestions. Thank you so much to the EasyRoutes team for creating this app and providing tremendous support!

This app is by far one of the most valuable assets we have in the backend of our store. We encountered some initial issues, but these were quickly resolved with the right attention to us as customers. Our drivers have also provided positive feedback, expressing their enjoyment of the software and even heading out with bigger smiles!

My husband and I run our small business of which one area is suppling fresh local food deliveries around Perth in Western Australia. Very helpful support - much appreciated timely replies. Customers are delighted with delivery notification communication as they know when their fresh food will be arriving at their place. All round brilliant app that has made our life so much easier saving time sorting customer orders and our routes around town. EasyRoutes!

Easyroutes is a exellent solution for route planning and route management. Intuative and effective both myself and my delivery team could not now operate without it. Setting up routes fast and agile and proof of delivery is very reliable and now has tracking functionality. Customer support is second to none and often taken care of by the Boris himself. New features and developments are contantly being updated. It has become a core compnent of the eStreet.

Fantastic customer support. We had a couple of suggestions that would make the app easier for our drivers to use and the team implemented our suggestions within a matter of days. The app itself is really easy to use and extremely flexible - it does pretty much everything we need it to.

Love the app. It does everything we need for a great price. However, you really NEED to offer an API. Every company doing delivery has to put a label on the item being delivered to ensure it goes to the right destination. If orders could be added, routes generated, and the route info pulled into the labeling app via API we could print the labels and packing slips grouped by the delivery driver. This would save us HOURS spent sorting things by route. The bigger we get, the more orders we have, and the longer it takes to do this. Sooner or later it's going to start interfering with our deadlines and we will have to find a different solution.

In general, we provide integrated packing slips, as well as data export for route and stop data, along with integrations with order printing apps to help you with streamlining this process. Seems legit so far. I had been using a mobile app called "Circuit" for $20 a month. it worked great, but of course doesn't integrate with my store. I had to make some changes to my store setting and subscriptions in order to make it what appears to be seem less. Make sure all of your stores are set up on local delivery shopify feature if you want to use this app. if not you will have to filter through without using a "shipping address." Customer service was within 30 minutes via email even on a Sat. Haven't actually done the delivery yet, but so far everything looks to be in order.
