Fantastic customer support. We had a couple of suggestions that would make the app easier for our drivers to use and the team implemented our suggestions within a matter of days. The app itself is really easy to use and extremely flexible - it does pretty much everything we need it to.

Love the app. It does everything we need for a great price. However, you really NEED to offer an API. Every company doing delivery has to put a label on the item being delivered to ensure it goes to the right destination. If orders could be added, routes generated, and the route info pulled into the labeling app via API we could print the labels and packing slips grouped by the delivery driver. This would save us HOURS spent sorting things by route. The bigger we get, the more orders we have, and the longer it takes to do this. Sooner or later it's going to start interfering with our deadlines and we will have to find a different solution.

In general, we provide integrated packing slips, as well as data export for route and stop data, along with integrations with order printing apps to help you with streamlining this process. Beyond that, for many tasks our integrations with Shopify means you can usually use the Shopify API itself but we'll be in touch to understand your needs better to see how we can help and to make sure we incorporate your feedback to serve you better.

Seems legit so far. I had been using a mobile app called "Circuit" for $20 a month. it worked great, but of course doesn't integrate with my store. I had to make some changes to my store setting and subscriptions in order to make it what appears to be seem less. Make sure all of your stores are set up on local delivery shopify feature if you want to use this app. if not you will have to filter through without using a "shipping address." Customer service was within 30 minutes via email even on a Sat. Haven't actually done the delivery yet, but so far everything looks to be in order.

While enabling Shopify's local delivery feature can streamline this process, it's not strictly necessary to use our app effectively. As long as you have a shipping address for an order, which is typically collected at checkout with any shipping method, or can be entered manually for any other kind of order, our app can handle it. I use this to deliver my baked goods- customer service is extremely responsive, they help with any problems I have, and the actual app has provided a great benefit to my customers. My favorite part is the fact customers can live track their delivery when the driver is 1 stop away!

Fantastic app and support! We have been using this app for quite some time now and it works flawlessly. Very user friendly and it has all the features needed. The app on the phone is amazing and beats any competition. Highly recommended!!

I must say, definitely a 5 STAR operation. The Staff at EasyRoutes are happy people! Happy people make for a great customer service. Their customer support is out of this world. EasyRoutes is an essential part of MY Companie's customer service needs....Without EasyRoutes, we couldn’t do the majic we do....THANKS TO EVERYONE AT EASYROUTES....I RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I CAN.

We've been using EasyRoute for the past two months and are thoroughly impressed. The app has been a game changer in managing our local deliveries. It's user-friendly, efficient, and incredibly reliable, even during our busiest times with high order volumes. Very useful app with auto-integration of orders and smart routing. Newly released feature of Driver Tracking with GPS in Beta is an amazing addition to the platform! This feature allows me to help drivers who may be lost or behind on their route.

I am so in love with this app. I just did today's delivery route in 6 MINUTES!! This was taking up an hour of our time before (using a professional delivery system but it wasn't integrated with Shopify). I have all my tags set up to catch orders and put them into runs automatically. I can add manual stops. I can adjust. I just just just love it so hard. Plus - I just sent an email when they asked for feedback and there was an email waiting for me the next morning from an actual human that was very helpful! My worry was the the additional costs but turns out that's just how many texts you choose to have sent out. You can control that too. Love love big love <3

We run a business selling big bulky tonne bags of logs and topsoil and easyroutes has been game changing for us. We were looking to improve on a system of stacked packing slips being handed over physically to our driver and we were immediately impressed with easyroutes. Here are a few of the texts sent from myself to my brother when i started playing with it: "there's some absolutely sick delivery apps. literally installed one 2 mins ago and already impressed." "literal gold struck" "plots all the deliveries on a map" "it's gonna change the world" "banging" "think the paper days are over" "i'm going to be sick with excitement" The team have been great and super responsive too. There have been views that have been altered to work better with our operation and me and Boris went back and forth extensively to work out how best to code in our delivery times given we don't like to use date picker apps. If you have a shopify business heavily reliant on local delivery, you'd be insane not to give this a go.

Really can't say enough about how great this app is. We run a rapidly expanding meal delivery service, and EasyRoutes has become absolutely critical to our operation. Fantastic customer service (like answers within an hour usually), and the app is consistently updated with new features that are making things easier for us every week.

Absolute game changer for our business! We came across to EasyRoutes after trialling another app that wasn't quite able to do everything we needed. This works natively inside Shopify and makes organising your orders and drivers straightforward, allowing us to make our deliveries a lot more efficient. The ability to customise each route individually means we can route hundreds of orders, being dispatched from multiple locations across the country in just a few minutes. The route and stop customisation options have basically everything covered, stop times, delivery windows, you name it, it's probably in there! The notification options are also great. Boris and the team have supported us on our fairly complicated setup, and they are quick to respond and take on board feedback. The best part is they actually deliver on the feedback and have implemented some features we requested. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing a business delivery solution.

We switched our business to EasyRoutes back in Dec and haven't looked back! The integration with Shopify has been great, and the ability to add custom stops has been instrumental in our delivery model. The support has also been quite good. Whenever a question arises, the team is more than happy to help out in a timely fashion.
