Since we installed the app about two months ago we had nothing but great expirience both in app use and customer support. We use this app for assigning drivers with task be it a pick up or delivery and building routes. Our customers really appreciated the live tracking feature that makes our deliveries more convinient for them. Also, the support team is outstanding and prompt on help. Highly recommend this app.

Lorsque nous attitrons une commande à une route, il n'est pas possible de visuellement savoir que cette commande a déjà été attitrée à une route. Avec plusieurs pages de commandes, il devient difficile de se rappeler quelle commande est déjà attitrée. Un simple petit indicateur visuel que la commande est attitrée à une route serait vraiment aidant.

Incluso el plan gratuito permite una funcionalidad bastante aceptable y que permite gestionar bien las entregas locales, obviamente limitado (50 entregas /mes). Yo agradecería algún plan muy económico, como de 3-5€/mes , que ofreciera la funcionalidad del plan gratuito, para más entregas y con alguna pequeña flexibilidad más, como modificar rutas, suprimir paradas o añadir paradas a medida.

Need to manage your own delivery routing? Stop looking. I've tried a bunch. Left EasyRoutes and came back. Are there pretty GUI solutions out there? Yup. But if your goal is to get package from point a to point b whilst keeping the customer notified, with an easy to use app for your drivers then stop looking. This is the one. Support is far and above what else is out there. Boris and the team are ridiculously quick on solutions. Having come from an app with overseas support, the level of frustration while waiting and in many times holding up getting your orders out to customers was a deal breaker for me. Why are you still reading this? Install the app already. Thank me later.
