I’ve tried over 10 different delivery apps in the past 8 years, and Easy Routes is by far the best of them all—easy to use, intuitive, and with a fabulous interface. The app includes features I had been wishing to see in a delivery app for years. I immediately switched from the app I had been using for the past 4 years, and the benefits were immediate. Plus, their support service is incredible

After testing many options this App is the one we choose and successfully use for our business. The app is very customizable and we created a workflow that works very well for our specific needs from both the customer experience as well as the scheduling and driver perspective. A coupe examples: -with Bulky items and limited room on the truck we can limit the allowed items per route to not over schedule the routes. - adding orders, custom stops, and re optimizing the routes is no problem allowing us to have the order cutoff point very close to the delivery date. - the notification system is granular enough so that we can communicate very precise what the customer can expect. The day of delivery gets communicates pretty much right after the order comes in and gets added to a route. The delivery time window for that day gets communicated a day before once the order cutoff happened and we wont add any more orders. - that means in most cases we can hit the 30min delivery time window reliably allowing customers to be home without wasting a full day. - the tracking site provides the safety that customers have the latest up to date information. Our current setup reduced our time spend on route planing significantly and more important reduced the amount of customer inquiries about deliveries to almost zero. On top the team is very responsive and open for feedback from the field to improve the app. Definitely the best app out there in our opinion, recommend you give it a try!

Great app with lots of great features that our business relies upon every week. We recently had an issue with Shopify where they removed our API connections and the team at Easy Routes helped us to get back up and running. It was at this time that we realised how much we relied on Easy Routes for our local deliveries.

We've tried every routing app out there with no success. There are so many steps and variables for setting up the entire delivery/routing process that it made it impossible to find one that works. We had given up for months and were doing it all manually instead. EasyRoutes has thought of every minor detail perfectly. It saves us over 4 hours per week on delivery planning, their AI is perfect at configuring optimal routes, and our drivers finish their routes over 50% faster. I've never been so happy with a software tool, it solved a HUGE pain point for us. And the support and onboarding has been top class as well.

We've tried a few routing apps over the last couple of years and Easyroutes has been by far the best. It was easy to set up and connect to our Shopify store, easy for our drivers to use and has really improved the service we give to our customers who love that they get and ETA and can track the driver live. When ever I have used support they have responded incredible quickly. In fact it is the best support for a digital product that I have ever experienced. They have even implemented new features that I have requested.

EasyRoute's customer service goes above and beyond! The team is incredibly accommodating to every request and was always happy to troubleshoot. We've tried other delivery platforms in the past and EasyRoutes is hands-down the most intuitive, supportive and functional.

Ive tried lots of apps before settling for easyroutes. Overall it is best from what I tested and is a great app with many useful features. It is great for route planning and the notification system works great, and the support team is responsive. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10.

Easy Routes is worth every penny! Highly customizable and every detail has been thoroughly thought out. I would not be able to run my business efficiently without this application. I contacted support to request a feature and less than 24 hours later they pushed through an update with the feature added in. Unbelievable! The developers even asked for my feedback and made additional updates based on my suggestions. Thank you so much to the EasyRoutes team for creating this app and providing tremendous support!

This app is by far one of the most valuable assets we have in the backend of our store. We encountered some initial issues, but these were quickly resolved with the right attention to us as customers. Our drivers have also provided positive feedback, expressing their enjoyment of the software and even heading out with bigger smiles!

Easyroutes is a exellent solution for route planning and route management. Intuative and effective both myself and my delivery team could not now operate without it. Setting up routes fast and agile and proof of delivery is very reliable and now has tracking functionality. Customer support is second to none and often taken care of by the Boris himself. New features and developments are contantly being updated. It has become a core compnent of the eStreet.
