We use this app for our pick & pack workflow in our warehouse and are very happy! Support is really helpful and quick too! They even implemented an additional setting to show/hide the order note on the orders overview page in less than 24 hours after our request. Thank you guys!

The team (and Charlie) at EasyScan is the BEST! They're super responsive and helped troubleshoot label printing issues and went above and beyond to create a custom label for us. Highly recommend.

I am using just the barcode and sku-function. The app is really easy to onboard. I was having some initial minor issues and Charlie from the support team was super fast to reply and fix the issues and answer my questions. I am just in the beginning of using the app, but I am confident that I will be super satisfied with its functions and - very important - super confident that should any issues or questions arise, help is not far away! Thank you :-)

We started using EasyScan about 18 months ago and it has made such a huge difference to not only our order fulfilment procedures but has improved customer satisfaction due to less stock discrepancies and incorrectly sent items. We are a small team of 2 so having EasyScan improves efficiency a lot so we can focus on other parts of the business. Recommend!

We use Easyscan mainly for taking orders at trade shows for our wholesale customers. The app is so easy to use and Charlie is so helpful and responsive to any questions and feedback that I have. Easyscan means that we have been able to get rid of a clunky old system of using palm handhelds and now we can put orders directly into our wholesale Shopify store for customers.

By far the biggest thing regarding this app is that the team are incredibly responsive. They were helpful and patient with us when we first started exploring the app and needed some explanations and hand holding. Later on, we identified two "features" that we thought were missing and could help us speed up our fulfilment workflow. We email the team and explained them. Their product manager reached out to us and 2 weeks later both features were live. At no additional cost to us, besides the subscription. Highly recommended!

As a small eCommerce business, this app has been a life saviour. I sell a lot of product that are similar, or look alike. This has stopped misspacks, and future issues with customers. The customer support and service from Charlie and team has been outstanding, I emailed asking for a bespoke little modification, that would make my QOL considerably better and they did it within 24 hours, i have never recieved customer service like that before. I think this product is worth every penny/cent.

We use Easyscan everyday and it has been an incredible tool. Charlie is an all-star and is always quick to help with functionality within the app. We just started using the app to track our inventory and we love it, it does so much! This app is a must have if you ship packages and have a large inventory.

We have been using EasyScan for a few months now, our experience has been nothing short of excellent. Charlie and his team went to great lengths in the first month and a half to discover a method to get our scanners working properly. They stayed in constant communication and persevered until a solution was found. Once we had that feature working properly, we have utilized every feature EasyScan has to offer. EasyScan is by far unprecedented compared to its competitors regarding customer service, features, reliability, versatility, price and consistency within the application. We have 75,000 plus products and growing with about 5 different types of barcodes on items in warehouse as well as sell on multiple online platforms, EasyScan still maintains and provides stellar service from all aspects, and we could not be happier. I would strongly advise anyone needing this application you will be amazed at the productivity and service you get with EasyScan. Look no further. We have tried multiple apps like this over 14 years and none even come close in comparison to EasyScan. I am a warehouse manager for Aces' Fuel Injection and we have been using Easyscan for about 2 years now. It is efficient and easy to use when processing orders, checking inventory levels, and checking in inbound shipments. Their support team has been quick to respond and eager to help with questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend Easyscan!

Only just started using as it seems do to everything we need with regards to Inventory control and making sure orders are sent out correctly. I had a problem with configuring the barcodes to print correctly. I was able to set up a zoom meeting the same day with Charlie, who managed to sort it very quickly - thank you! We are looking forward to using the Easyscans App full potential!

I would like to thank this app for providing such amazing and irreplaceable services for our business. This app decreased the probability of products being lost or stolen because each item is tracked with a barcode. It is also integrated with Shopify inventory, which is really convenient. With Easy Scan, you can print any label you like, as everything is already set up. Easy Scan creating new solutions for connecting platforms with no limits for growth and they do UNIQUE THINGS for INVENTORY MANAGEMENT that can be implemented in different stores. I would like to describe the amazing process our team is experiencing now thanks to Easy Scan. It’s so convenient to create PIs in another app, and Easy Scan seamlessly integrates with each PI (FI: from Stocky). Easy Scan then allows our warehouse to automatically determine the invoices and print labels for the next scanning. THANK YOU!

The EasyScan App is great, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. I encountered an issue with the printing scale for my labels, which turned out to be a problem with my printer, not the app. Charlie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and explore different solutions. Despite the issue not being related to the app, he patiently guided me through the process and got everything back on track. I appreciate the time and effort he dedicated to resolving my problem. Highly recommended!
