This app works so well - I am very happy with it. I particularly like the way the synced orders appear in the Shopify orders list automatically which enables them to be treated like any other Shopify order. This means our shipping app works seamlessly with it. Online support has been instantaneous and my questions were all resolved quickly.

It's a great app to import and sync your listings from eBay to Shopify. I've used it for a while now and I get good support from DPL too, Ronex for setting up the import, Kusum and Surya for helping me with my questions while using the app. I would recommend it to those new to Shopify and looking to get their stuff over from other platforms such as eBay in my case. Good consumer support and MUCH better than Marketplace Connect if you're transitioning FROM eBay to Shopify. We tried both and MC ended up double-listing all our eBay products, which cost us ~$1k. We haven't tried them since. This app is capturing about 99% of our 10,000+ products, so not PERFECT - but so far it's tracking all our orders and delisting automatically when a product sells on another platform. For the price and with the help they'll provide, we're finding it worthwhile.
