eBay Integration ‑ DPL

What can I say about this company. They are the BEST! That's what. Nirmal walked me through setting up the Ebay app in the middle of the night! His extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor made my whole night. I am totally set up now to list and am walking away with all my questions answered and a bunch more info I didn't even know I needed regarding Ebay and the app. Digital Product Labs, keep making amazing apps and keep delivering AAA+ customer service. Erstmal auf deutsch. Ich arbeite mit der App jetzt seit 2 Wochen, davor hatte ich 1 Jahr lang CedCommerce genutzt. Diese App ist einfach um Welten besser! Sie ist nicht nur Benutzerfreundlicher, man hat auch die Optionen ganz einfach Produkte von Shopify in den eBay Shop zu laden was bei CedCommerce nie funktioniert hat. Es gibt zwar noch einige Punkte die man verbessern könnten aber alles in allem ist die App bisher super und erleichtert mir meine Arbeit sehr. Ich würde die App jedem empfehlen der sein Shopify Shop mit eBay verbinden möchte. I've been working with the app for 2 weeks now, before that I used CedCommerce for a year. This app is simply worlds better! Not only is it more user-friendly, you also have the options to easily load products from Shopify into the eBay shop, which never worked with CedCommerce. There are still a few points that could be improved, but all in all the app is great so far and makes my work a lot easier. I would recommend the app to anyone who wants to connect their Shopify shop to eBay.

LOve it! Works great

This is relatively easy to set up, and certainly easy, and surprisingly fast to use. The online Chat support, as long as during their business hours, has been excellent. And, the price is unbeatable. I have tried many different Ebay programs and thus far I'd rank this at the top. There are some addtional features that I'm told are being worked on, so I look forward to that.

I love this app. I love it even more that you can lock in at $14.99/mo for life. I tried two other apps Salesito & CED Commerce and both sucked for different reasons. If you're doing straightforward Good till canceled listings pushing from Shopify to eBay, this is the app for you. If you already have your listings on eBay and are just starting a Shopify store, this is the app for you. Ced importer is $200/year or $200 to import your eBay listings to Shopify. Salesito sucks, you can't import pictures from your eBay listings to Shopify. Not to mention Salesito's process is very convoluted and cumbersome. The eBay integration & sync - DPL app is so far the best one I've seen for importing/exporting between Shopify and eBay. Thank you for making it easy and reasonable cost!

The Etsy integration app is amazing. however, this one not so much. I've literary spent all Christmas weekend trying to stop this app from posting listings that were already linked to products & listing that I've deleted directly from Ebay and Shopify. I'm now out $60 in the span of 3 days just from one listing that wont go away and gets uploaded multiple times a day, after removing it. The app also wont let me disconnect my EBay account which is very concerning

we would like to add a new look to our previous review the company reached out to us and we have given them a second chance. the app is working as promised. like any app there is room for improvement. i wish all my old eBay listings would have been able to sync with the the website instead of creating new listings. to try and do a work around i chose to delete my eBay listings and send my Shopify listings back (all of these were created when eBay had there own app) all was good except i have to change 300 listing titles cause the system said i already had that name used even though all those listings had been deleted. the app still needs some work to be where i would like it but i am going to keep trying it.

edited on 10/23: Their support team reached out to me and provided me with the latest version. That solved my issues. Since that time, they have been very proactive in reaching out to me and the product has been very useful. Thanks for your help. I was excited when I first got the ap.. Really impressed with how it synced my products. However, the problems were encountered when I needed to sync orders. The order syncing failed and I did not get any help from their support team on resolving it. I reached out twice. Once through the app and another through email. The person that received the email stated he would have someone from support to contact me, but no one did. I am disappointed that I was not able to get it to work.

I have no words to express how excited I feel since I started working with this amazing app, I requested I call to ask some questions about the app just make sure and do not waste my time like I did with so many apps previously and I end up with a new app in my system, I have imported 2,611 products from eBay to Shopify within seconds and the most important thing no issues and no hidden fees at all. I can not believe that this could happen to me afer all. The customer service is incredible, they help you immediately with real agent on the other side and if you preferred to speak to them they also provide help over the phone, I'm fascinated with all the help I have received from them and specially from Nirmal an expert with knowledge, kind and extremely prosefesional. If you guys need help with an eBay integration, this is the perfect app you can trust your business 100%.

I have installed the app and have no problems seeing my 20,000+ ebay items move into my Shopify store. I had a few small questions (being a newbie to Shopify in general) and each time their support system has replied promptly with a logical answer. The chat system led to those email replies.

Thank you for the service and patience while uploading my products to Ebay. Also good to see that my feedback for app improvements are valued.
