Customer service and support is Great. It is a bit confusing at first and I had a lot of errors in listings, so It took a while to get migrated from my old system

Incredible support team - they talk to you in WhatsApp and also FaceTime you as required to ensure you can setup the integration, but the team are also experts on eBay and how to setup your store. Here's why you should go with CED: - Once set up, it's super easy to use - It does take a bit of time to set it up, and to learn to use the platform, but the team are always there to help if you get stuck - Once you are set up with your templates you are away and the app makes total sense and works like a dream. - Do not be put off by the set-up, you only have to do it once and actually, the time spent setting up saves heaps of time down the track. It's worth it I promise. - A great app, and so much better and more efficient than the free Shopify app. - No bugs! Hooray! - The error feature is great and really explains any tweaks or fixes you need to make - Great customer service
