Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Webgility has been an integral piece in ensuring our Quickbooks financials properly reconcile with Shopify. Without this software we would be wasting countless hours manually keying in orders. Couldn't recommend more.

We use Webgility to sync our orders from 2 stores with QB and have been for just over a year. Everything from preview through implementation was seamless and on-boarding was quick and efficient. Since then, Himanshu with support has been phenomenal! He's very responsive, attentive and helpful. If there's anything he cannot directly assist me with, he gets me to the right team member and always follows up to be sure my questions have been answered or our needs have been met. If you're looking for a Qb Sync service, this is the one to choose!

Webgility has been instrumental in helping our business become more efficient while running our two shopify stores. I greatly appreciate Aditi Verma with the technical support. I've been looking for something that will cut down the time for book keeping essentially, this is it. The onboarding process has been very smooth so far. Software looks great and what I am looking for. Faizan is a superstar.

Boooooo! Webgility renewed our annual subscription to the tune of $588 after we went out of business. We received no notification of this upcoming charge, which would have prompted us to cancel, but Webgility only says that "it must have gone into spam" and that "it is a corporate policy that they do not issue refunds". Instead, they tried to roll it over into a credit for a monthly plan. They can't seem to wrap their collective heads around what it means to be "out-of-business." This is the ONLY vendor who has brazenly taken advantage of our small business that had gone under in a last ditch cash grab. If you're a small business, stay away from Webgility. They only care about what they can extract from you.

Our implementation guide was Prerit Agrawal, He is a very patient human. He had multiple people on zooms asking questions at the same time. We have successfully set up two store on webgility. We have a couple more to go. I don't think I could do it myself, but will schedule another zoom when we are ready. Prerit explained what we would accomplish on each zoom and then would stick to the schedule and get it done. He is very knowledgeable about your product and knows quite a bit about Quickbooks. Our company uses Shopify Plus and QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) in a hosted environment. We were looking for an automated application to download all Shopify orders into QBE. After reaching out to several companies we decided to go with Webgility. The initial process for us was lengthy as we were downloading historical transactions. The Webgility team assisted with finding the proper hosting environment. Once we got past the historical posting automation we reset settings and we have been able to run smoother and have seen an improvement with posted orders/ payouts and inventory management. The Webgility support team has been fantastic even with the time zone difference. Thanks to all especially Faizan and Kanishk for being here to assist with all our questions, concerns and and getting everything running to par.

I worked with Prerit Agrawal on the Spotify integration with Quickbooks. He was very knowledgeable and professional. So far the response times with any issues/questions has been ok as well. Nehal was very helpful on the tickets when needed help. We started implementing a week ago, this is our second week and working great.

We were looking for a reliable app to sync our inventory and sales orders with QuickBooks Online and Shopify. Faizan was great to work with during the set up of the integration and made the onboarding experience very positive. He explained the features and functionality of Webgility in great detail. We considered other integration solutions but Webgility had all of the features we were looking for. The app is very user friendly and intuitive. We are looking forward to using it with Shopify and QuickBooks online.

So far, so good. Sync works great and their onboarding and support has been terrific. Prerit was my onboarding specialist and he's been attentive and thorough.

Very versitile application that allows the elimination of a large amount of manual data entry. I was greatly supported by Prerit Agrawal in the integration requirements. I wasn't prepared for the amount of decisions necessary to fully implement initially. Prerit was great at explaining and assisting in making decisions.

So far the process has been great. The demonstrations are very helpful. System seems very user friendly and adaptable. Looking forward to more training and using the system to automate processes that are taking too long currently. Faizan has been so easy to work with and provides solutions. Appreciate his knowledge of the product and asking questions that will benefit our company.

Without Webgility, we would not be able to run our inventory sync in the preferred way, and the ease of use with this software is second to none. Every time we needed a specific method of doing things within our process, Webgility already had the functionality built in, and the onboarding staff did an exceptional job with training us on the software. On top of this, anytime I have reached out with a question or issue with an individual order, I receive support within minutes, and the customer support staff is incredibly knowledgeable, especially Nehal who has helped us through several technical issues. Could not recommend this software and this team more.

Himanshu Patil is was a great help with the set up and trouble shooting between enterprise and shopify. We are a unique store and he has helped solved all the issues. Wegility is now automated! Himanshu is very understanding and a problem solver.

E-commerce is new to us. Our core market is wholesale. Webgility has helped automate this new segment for us. It reads data from QuickBooks, and transfers that live data to our Shopify store. This includes available quantities, pricing, etc. A great tool. And the customer service support we have received from Kshitij Tiwari has been superb. We call him our Webgility hero!

Our company operates a high-volume Shopify store and Quickbooks Enterprise hosted desktop. It has been very difficult to find something to replace the manual download and upload of transaction data we used to record invoices and payments. Most of the integrations out there only work with Quickbooks online, so I'm so happy Webgility invented the solutions that works for us! The implementation is quick and very professional.... Faizan is amazing -- he quickly understood our business process and was able to set up the robust accounting options that worked perfectly. The interface is (mostly) intuitive and extremely useful, drawing attention to the items that require intervention or setup in order to post correctly. We are extremely happy with the product so far and will look for additional ways to use it!

had some issues at first but support has been wonderful and is working closely with us to get everything right. Very happy with this product . It meets our needs perfectly.
