It works! It was easy to set up and install. I'm excited to see this and utilize all the different functionalities once the website goes live. Aditi was very helpful with my Webgility and Quickbooks issue!

The set up process was a great experience. The sales people and trainers were all very knowledgeable and friendly. After three training sessions, I'm up an running with the confidence that if I need anything else, I will be able to get access to quality tech support. Webgility is absolutely amazing!! The amount of time it saves us in data entry alone is astounding and then with their intelligence feature and other benefits... it truly aids in becoming an omnichannel ecommerce company. The onboarding and implementation training is very thorough and helpful! It's so great to know we have support at all times and aren't just left hanging and trying to learn and figure out the system alone. The customer service has been extremely superb and I'm so grateful to have found this tool!!

The Webgility app is great! Anytime we have an issue thier staff is quick to help resolve any problems we have. Aman Pachori did a very good job in helping syncing our inventory quantities between Webgility and Quickbooks.

We have for over 2 years now used Webgility to sync Quickbooks inventory with Shopify. On most occasions the application works but when you run into troubles, the tech support at Webgility is most supportive. Aman helped me today and also taught me to sync products. That there is a live person to walk you through issues, is something I most appreciate as a small business owner.

I had a problem with Shopify Tips not being set up correctly on my end. And that was keeping my automation from completing. Kanishk was able to help me get this fixed in just a matter of minutes! Very pleased with the level of service!

I kept receiving an error code that no items or one or more of my amounts was not associated with an item in Quickbooks. Kanishk was readily available to help with exceptional customer service. The issue was quite simple to fix and reconnecting to Quickbooks with the Webgility extender resolved the issue. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
