Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

This app is incredible. My store was using the Parex app before but this app has revolutionized our accounting process and made everything so much easier. Being able to select different data sets for different aspects of Shopify and Quickbooks allows us to run both systems seamlessly. Faisan was my onboarding specialist and he is incredible at detailing the different settings and how to impliment this app.

This is absolutely a must for all ecommerce merchants. We haven't gone live yet, but we are very impressed with the granularity and accuracy of this app. The onboarding team and customer support is 5-star. They have been training and guiding us every step of the way, going through the workflow step by step. We are very grateful for this thorough onboarding process and can't wait to start using Webgility which will unearth many mysteries beneath those Amazon numbers! :-)

I have been a customer of Webgility for the last several years, relying on the app to sync my online Shopify store with my brick and mortar sales, with Quickbooks POS as the master data. Upon Intuit's discontinuation of Quickbooks POS, I elected to migrate to Shopify POS. I am maintaining my accounting data in Quickbooks Financial. Faizan Sheikh has been very helpful in walking me through the process of switching the primary direction of the data flow, and has been very patient with my MANY questions, and thorough in his answers. I look forward to becoming more comfortable with the new data flow, and feel confident that I have quality help at hand if something is not working as I expect, or if I have any additional questions. Webgility's technical support has been the most accessible and porfessional I've experienced.

Webgilty is a very user friendly system. And their tech supports are very professional and patient. I would recommend the software to new started E-commerce business. It is a good platform for recording online orders to QuickBooks.

We haven't gone live yet, but we are really pleased with what we've seen so far. It integrates well with QuickBooks Desktop, and the features are great. Prerit Agrawal has done an excellent job setting up our account and the settings for us - thank you. We would highly recommend the software as a connector with QB Desktop.

We used Webgility QB Desktop for quickbooks and it was absolutely seamless. Our orders were imported in real time and our inventory was always synced. We’re currently in the process of switching to Webgility Desktop for Netsuite. We have explored a number of options for connecting Netsuite to Shopify. Webgility Netsuite Desktop is more affordable than most of the other options but more importantly offers far superior support. We’ve decided to stop using Netsuite’s native connector in favor of Webgility and we can already see how it is a superior product in terms of maintaining accurate data. Most importantly, Webgility’s set up time is relatively short compared to other solutions that have quoted 8+ weeks. Webgility’s setup should only take a few days. Faizan has gone absolutely above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping us explore all our unusual edge cases to make sure that we are completely comfortable with Webgility before going live.

We have been using Webgility to connect our Shopify stores and Quickbooks for 8+ years and continue to be impressed with the customer support and constant improvements to the platform. This app has allowed us to easily keep our inventory for multiple stores accurate and up to date. I would highly recommend this piece of software for any company that is looking to streamline their inventory management between multiple stores while keeping a pulse on growth, profitability, and tax liability.

Webgility has been a wonderful solution for us to integrate from Quickbooks Enterprise to Shopify. We needed a solution to merge Brick n Mortar to our E-Commerce. The Webgility app has been reliable and the customer support and onboarding is spectacular. My rep just walked me thru how to resync all my downloaded orders for the whole year with just a click of a button. Excellent App!!!

Webgility is a great solution for setting up our e-commerce division in quickbooks. Kshitij has been fantastic with supporting our transition to this new system. So far everything is customizable to our situation and the automated features will help reduce our workload manually entering sales reciepts.

Webgility has been an integral piece in ensuring our Quickbooks financials properly reconcile with Shopify. Without this software we would be wasting countless hours manually keying in orders. Couldn't recommend more.

We use Webgility to sync our orders from 2 stores with QB and have been for just over a year. Everything from preview through implementation was seamless and on-boarding was quick and efficient. Since then, Himanshu with support has been phenomenal! He's very responsive, attentive and helpful. If there's anything he cannot directly assist me with, he gets me to the right team member and always follows up to be sure my questions have been answered or our needs have been met. If you're looking for a Qb Sync service, this is the one to choose!
