Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Sami assessed my posting error problem immediately and set up a Ring/Central call to share screen and figure things out. When we hit a snag, we moved to TeamViewer and continued. We needed to work between Shopify, QB POS 19, and Webgility, all of which Sami navigated with ease. I have NEVER failed to get the support I need when I run into an integration error. All fixed! Go Webgility!

Faizan from the team at Webgility was a great help! He helped us set up webgility to sync data from Shopify online store and pos to Quickbooks Enterprise. I would highly recommend it!! 100% game changer.

An excellent experience with setting up this application. Faizan Sheikh was very informative and made the whole process go very smooth. The time they spent getting my application working for my accounting issues was superior.

You wont find a better support team should you need it. Had a hiccup on our system (self inflicted) and the Webgility team spent 40 minutes on screenshare getting it fixed for me. What a team! We were not going to spend the money for the monthly fee but sure glad we did

We were a past Connex user for a year. It just was one problem after another with little resolution from their tech team. Countless hours were spent on troubleshooting. Initially we had some issues with Webgility syncing to QB Enterprise due to the size of our QB file, but their tech team was patient, and competent, and have resolved all of the problems. Now it works great saving us a ton of time. I would strongly recommend this software.

This app is helping me sync my inventory in Quick Books to Shopify, and post orders from Shopify to Quick Books. I really appreciated the onboarding sessions to help me understand how the app works.

We had a great experience getting this setup and seeing the sync happen in real time. The implementation was easy thanks to their Onboarding experience. Expect 2-3 hours of calls to get setup and onboarded. It will make life easier.

Webgility app has made transferring Shopify transactions to QuickBooks Desktop so easy, and has saved hours on manual data entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business. This is a highly recommended app. Kshitij Tiwari was amazing to help me from the initial set up to finished. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patience and understood my company needs. He helped me solve issues I encountered during training.

Webgility is an app that helps consolidate information and organize it in a way that makes it manageable to do accounting and inventory tracking. That being said we did not forsee the learning curve or time that was needed to implement this software. Be prepared to invest some time to get this software up and running correctly. The implementation team was a great help but sometimes support and the development team seem like they don't know the answer to our questions. The good news is they are very responsive and will work with you directly to resolve the issue at hand.
