Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

It is a very easy application to configure and saves a lot of time in the integration whit quickbooks, the support and help of the support for live outputs are very effective and help with clarification. Recommended 100%

We have worked with several other companies to try to automate our postings from Shopify into QuickBooks (or even an intermediary Inventory Software). We have found that WEBGILITY offers what we have been looking for with a very user-friendly transaction sync that will save our accounting team countless hours. We are thrilled to be working with this application. Their team members are terrific to work with and they are open to problem solving each client's unique requirements. Come to Webgility from different apps since it was often breakdown with errors and i'm glad that Webgility make my life easier and less stressful. The cost is acceptable (cheaper than other Apps) but the services are way better. I got many consulting appts with features and setting up, follow up to make sure i am comfortable with the apps and everything runs smoothly. They are trying to assist to any questions and any small specific requests. Shout out for the Onboaring Teams, who are very helpful for my set up. Also, we use RightNetwork for our QuickBooK Desktop, which is need more specific set up/ apps to make it go well. But Webgility is no issue with it. I hope the Apps will delelope some more future where i can sync the sale orders but payment can be applied with the invoices. This way will help a lot of customers like me who have to spend a lot o f time to apply payment for online sales.

This app is very powerful. As a long time QB user, I was looking for something to relieve me from all the data entry. Webgility proved to be what I was looking for.

We are a manufactory company and E-sales by Shopify and Amazon. The accounting software is Quickbooks Enterprise. Before Webgility, I tried other APP to synchronize data, but failed. Thanks Webgility gave us the perfect APP. It is easy to mapping items, setting class, foreign amount, freight-in & out, shipping details, taxes, site, and others. Be a software, we have to take time to learn. Webgility have a great team to teach me how to use it and answer my questions (I am not a smart guy, it almost took them 10 times, 15 hours on Zoom. Thanks Faizan, the specialist). I am so happy the system runs smoothly now. Webgility is worth of recommendation.

Easy syncing and use

The process of adding a new store and setting it up was super fast and easy. The Webgility rep was super helpful, efficienct, and made the whole task painless. Highy recommend!!!

Faizan Sheikh makes webgility very easy to understand. He is thorough and is always available through email if I need more help. I have had a couple of onboarding meetings with him and refer to our recorded zoom videos often because he teaches so much in a short period of time. Very happy with the software and customer service.

Another forced QB POS-to-Shopify user here. Webgility was excellent with QB POS integration with eBay before, now with Shopify to QB desktop accounting. Very thorough and lots of face-to-face support when needed. If only they could integrate eBay directly to Shopify, they would be perfect! But for what they do, they do wonderfully.

Great application that saves a lot of time as it syncs our Shopify and Amazon stores with QBE. Strongly recommend.

I want to save you time and aggravation, go with Webgility! I wished I found them earlier. This is one company that its software actually does what it says it does. I have had bad experiences with 3rd party apps for both Shopify and Quickbooks, they will advertise that they do everything, but it is not till you have invested way too much time that you find out the truth. Webgility from the first contact through onboarding have been professional and very knowledgeable most importantly very helpful.

This app is a huge time saver - eliminates hours upon hours of data entry by accounting staff. Customer support is also fantastic.

Great software, helps us integrate our Shopify Sales with Quickbooks so that I can reconile Payouts and Orders seamlessly.

As a long-time QuickBooks POS user, that was forced into a Shopify solution, Webgility has provided the integration/automation to QuickBooks, that we were accustomed to. We looked other options for QuickBooks integration between Shopify, and Webgility was by far the best option for us. One of the biggest strengths of Webgility, is the level of ongoing support that is provided. Everyone that we have encountered at Webgility during the onboarding and integration process, has been thoroughly knowledgeable of all platforms; Shopify, QuickBooks, and Webgility as it interfaces between the two. The set up and configuration process is relatively straightforward and logical, and Webgility support quickly resolved any questions we had while we came up to full speed with the program. We can confidently recommend Webgility highly.
