Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Webgility app has made transferring Shopify transactions to QuickBooks Desktop so easy, and has saved hours on manual data entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business. This is a highly recommended app. Kshitij Tiwari was amazing to help me from the initial set up to finished. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patience and understood my company needs. He helped me solve issues I encountered during training.

Onboarding with Fazian was terrific, he was very thorough in walking my team thru integration and setup. I often had many questions and he would address each before continuing on. I do expect I will need his or tech support going forward BUT the basic fundamentals are in place.

Webgility is an app that helps consolidate information and organize it in a way that makes it manageable to do accounting and inventory tracking. That being said we did not forsee the learning curve or time that was needed to implement this software. Be prepared to invest some time to get this software up and running correctly. The implementation team was a great help but sometimes support and the development team seem like they don't know the answer to our questions. The good news is they are very responsive and will work with you directly to resolve the issue at hand.

Hmanshu fixed the shipping and reporting issues. Webgility was not reporting to Quickbooks but now it works perfectly. Thank you!

Once everything was set up, the syncing process seems to be running smoothly. The onboarding support and technical support has been stellar. We have not had a single issue that couldn't be corrected. We look forward to setting up automation, which should cut down manual tasks a great deal. We're excited to use this application! This app is what I need to improve work flow and sales. The implementation has been easy thanks to FZ. The inventor sync is awesome and the QuickBooks integration will be the biggest time saver for not only filling orders but also for my accountant.

User friendly app. Did what it said it will do. Great customer service - a human answered the phone and we had help all along the way, as needed. Nice built-in help pages for various tasks. Also, Faizan gave us excellent training and was patient with our team as we asked questions and learned the processes. Wish we had found this app a long time ago!

We chose this app because we wanted to automate the transactions between Shopify and our QuickBooks Desktop. The onboarding process is exceptionally well done. We were starting from scratch, which meant many settings had to be configured and the tech support has been exceptional. It's impossible to go wrong when there is someone who can directly help with all those initial settings. The web help is pretty extensive as well. Looking forward to a smooth running eCommerce solution moving forward!
