We chose this app because we wanted to automate the transactions between Shopify and our QuickBooks Desktop. The onboarding process is exceptionally well done. We were starting from scratch, which meant many settings had to be configured and the tech support has been exceptional. It's impossible to go wrong when there is someone who can directly help with all those initial settings. The web help is pretty extensive as well. Looking forward to a smooth running eCommerce solution moving forward!

Webgility is absolutely amazing!! The amount of time it saves us in data entry alone is astounding and then with their intelligence feature and other benefits... it truly aids in becoming an omnichannel ecommerce company. The onboarding and implementation training is very thorough and helpful! It's so great to know we have support at all times and aren't just left hanging and trying to learn and figure out the system alone. The Webgility app is great! Anytime we have an issue thier staff is quick to help resolve any problems we have. Aman Pachori did a very good job in helping syncing our inventory quantities between Webgility and Quickbooks.

We have for over 2 years now used Webgility to sync Quickbooks inventory with Shopify. On most occasions the application works but when you run into troubles, the tech support at Webgility is most supportive. Aman helped me today and also taught me to sync products. That there is a live person to walk you through issues, is something I most appreciate as a small business owner.

I had a problem with Shopify Tips not being set up correctly on my end. And that was keeping my automation from completing. Kanishk was able to help me get this fixed in just a matter of minutes! Very pleased with the level of service!

This software work exactly as advertised. When i had I had a little hiccup Icall and Talk to Shoeb and he was very patient and fixed the issue quidkly.
