Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

It has been a pleasure so far through the onboarding process and I'm excited to use all of the tools available.

Faizan was professional and helpful in integrating QuickBooks and Shopify using the Webgility app.

Helpful staff but the app did not post COGS the way we need it to in QBD.

The WebGility onboarding team was very helpful and quick on the initial setup. This caused a bit of an issue as a few months into it, we discovered the Shopify Clearing Account in QB wasn't set up correctly. Had to make a correction. But, onboarding and customer service are very knowledgeable and responsive. This has been a good overall experience so far, with some hiccups.

Webgility integrates superb with QuickBooks. Have been using for four years and counting. Definitely recommend it!

Webgility is the hands down best app and best customer service. The integration with Quickbooks works without fail. They can also help with customizations if the app has a functionality that you need.
