WEBGILITY AND QUICKBOOK INTEGRATION IS SO USEFUL AND SUPPORT IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO YOUR NEEDS AND QUESTIONS. tHEY TAKE THE TIME TO ASSIST YOU WITH SETUP AND POST SETUP QUESTIONS.

This is our second store using QB Desktop Sync and it does everything we need it to do. Having inventory and orders automatically sync and download to Quickbooks saves time and improves workflow. On top of that customer support has always been incredibly helpful with setup or with any questions that may pop up.

Webgility QB Desktop Sync has been a lifesaver! It is the only product we were able to find that successfully and easily synced Shopify to Quickbooks. There is so much functionality! It really seems they thought of everything! The customer support team has been great. We ran in to a strange IT issues getting the initial software downloaded and they were persistent and effective in getting it resolved. The onboarding process is very thorough and necessary to get everything set up. Prerit has been so patient and helpful in teaching me how everything works. I will definitely recommend Webgility to anyone needing to link Shopify to Quickbooks!

Prerit and Shitage were very, very helpful. Our team was disorganized during our zoom meeting but Webgility was infinitely patient with us. Rare to have this kind of high touch service these days.

We just connected our shopify store (plus other platforms) with our QB system with Webgility and have only been using for a week. It is easy to use and such a time saver. The customer service team is also helpful and walk through each step to make sure it is properly setup to be successful. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. I needed to manage the Shopify sales and the inventory from Quickbooks and Webgility does everything needed. All is automated and easy to use. Prerit Agrawal has been guiding me through all the process and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure I understand everything. The onboarding process has been smooth and easy.

I highly recommend webgility if you want to automate sales from shopify and Amazon into Quickbooks. We have had a smooth setup thanks to Kshitij Tiwari, our implementation specialist. We started with Shopify and are now finalizing Amazon. We get far more detailed information from Amazon than how we were doing it before and we can get this daily, real-time which is wonderful. It is very user friendly and intuititve as well. thank you Webgility. Keep up the great work. thank you Kshitij for your detailed support, and always being there, and for explaining things very clearly. Webgility is lucky to have you. We are too.

Webgility works really well with QuickBooks. I am able to pull in all the needed info from my shopify store. Any time I have a question or issue customer support and technical support are always easily available and stay with my until all my issues are resolved. Today I had the pleasure of working with Aditi and it was a great experience.

As a user of Webgility for the past 5-6 years, I find that the improvements in the current version have made the familiar processes more concise and accurate. I have had to re-implement Webgility from scratch after the old retail store closed and the old server gave up the ghost. I received excellent customer service and onboarding tutelage from Kshitij Tiwari.

Amazing middleware app. Very easy to use and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. 10/10 recommend for anyone with multiple online platforms.

Webgility has been VERY helpful for us to eliminate laborious data entry tasks and simplify order processing into Quickbooks from our new Shopify store. Webgility's team has also been very helpful with the set up of the system and responsive to our many questions. We're very happy with this service, well worth the cost! A+ to Prerit and the team!

Totally recommend Webgility if you have Quickbooks Desktop and need to connect it to a Shopify store. It will sync the stock and also the orders. Is a complete 2-way app between Quickbooks and Shopfiy. Have been using Webgility for a few months already and every time I have a question I use the Chat and they quickly help with all my concerns.

Kanishk was very helpful in clearing logs that were taking up a lot of space. He was very nice in explaining what he was doing and showed me how to do it myself if needed in the future.
