Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Webgility has been an excellent solution for streamlining e-commerce accounting for our business. Syncing our ecommerce platforms with our Quickbooks has been a game changer. The customer service team is outstanding especially Aditi and Adarsh!—responsive, knowledgeable, and always helpful.

I faced a problem with a few payouts not syncing properly from Webgility Desktop to QuickBooks Desktop. Aditi Verma provided excellent support, logging in remotely to adjust the payment mapping and resolve the issue. I’m incredibly grateful for the assistance, which allowed me to get back to managing my business smoothly and effectively.

Finally!!! After a year of waiting for a program that would help sync with Quickbooks we finally found a program that works perfectly! The on boarding was great, training is specific and thorough. We highly recommend this App!!

Webgility was the solution we needed to connect our Shopify store with our QuickBooks Desktop file. Their Sales Team was responsive and knowledgeable. Onboarding Team made the process super smooth. High praise for our onboarding rep, Prerit Agrawal. He took the time to explain all of the options for connecting our storefront to our QB file and followed up the day after each session to make sure everything was working as expected. Very pleased with our decision to use Webgility and highly recommend as a solid solution in connecting a storefront to QB.

Inventory Management - QBO is our source of truth (yes webgility desktop work with QBO) and we sell in person from QuickBooks (invoices to wholesale customers, and even occasionally walk-ins) Webgility Desktop is able to sync inventory from QBO to Shopify To make matters tougher on shopify we only sell in bundles. It's a challenge, but Webgility is the affordable solution to inventory management.

The app is great and the functionality is exactly what is needed. The Webgility staff is fabulous and always goes extra mile to help. Thank you!! You guys are absolutely amazing!!!!

I had an issue with a couple of payouts posting from Webgility Desktop into Quickbooks Desktop. Aditi Verma was able to remote in and help fix my issue by updating the mapping of the payment. This is our second store using QB Desktop Sync and it does everything we need it to do. Having inventory and orders automatically sync and download to Quickbooks saves time and improves workflow. On top of that customer support has always been incredibly helpful with setup or with any questions that may pop up.

Webgility QB Desktop Sync has been a lifesaver! It is the only product we were able to find that successfully and easily synced Shopify to Quickbooks. There is so much functionality! It really seems they thought of everything! The customer support team has been great. We ran in to a strange IT issues getting the initial software downloaded and they were persistent and effective in getting it resolved. The onboarding process is very thorough and necessary to get everything set up. Prerit has been so patient and helpful in teaching me how everything works. I will definitely recommend Webgility to anyone needing to link Shopify to Quickbooks!
