I have been using Webgility wth QuickBooks for the last five years and really like the app. The setup is relatively easy and the data that tranfers is exactly what I need. I am just now starting to use it with Netsuite and hope that this connection will be just as seamless. Any time I have needed support they have been very helpful and resolved my problems. I highly recommend this for easy downloads from your online store.

Prerit was an excellent person to do the onboarding with very experienced and knowledgeable about the product. I don't know why I waited so long to switch to Webgility this is so much easier to use than the previous company I was with. I would definitely recommend Webgility to other people looking for this type of product.

I would highly recommend Webgility QB Desktop Sync to anyone with an ecommerce business. The recording of orders and payments are streamlined and easy to navigate. The QB Desktop sync has saved our company time and money as it automates a time-consuming process. In addition, Webgility has an excellent onboarding/support group that alleviates the stress of implementing a new integration software. If they did not lie to you during the onboarding process, it would not be bad. EXTREMELY over priced for what they WILL NEVER DO.. they DO NOT do complete inventory management. SYNCING inventory counts is not MANAGEMENT.. What company creates a product claiming that but FORGETS products COST MONEY and you have to pay people to those products.. YOu know Vendors? These people lied to me and told me they handle vendor bills into quickbooks and then after i started paying stated they dont do it.

If you're on the fence on whether or not to try Webgility compared to the other apps that tout the same features, be assured that Webgility and provide everything you need. If you have any other needs, just ask, typically they can come up with a custom solution for you as well. The onboarding sessions are essential to understanding and running Webgility, and they do a good job to make sure that everything works within their ecosystem. Everything is flexible and they seem to already have a fix or answer for any issue that comes up. Faizan is a real expert of their program and implementing and automating these processes is his specialty. Looking forward to many years of ease of use and quality of life improvements so that we can work on growing our business accordingly.

We have used this for 5 years, 1 year with qbo and 4 years with quickbooks desktop and for the most part it has been very good. When we have had problems support has always been very quick to assist.

I needed help with automation of data for my online store and Webgility was perfect for our application. The program was easy to install and we received excellent support in guiding us through the process. Took 2 -30 minute sessions and we are already synced. If you have QuickBooks and are trying to sync data to Shopify, then Webgility is gold! It has already saved time and eliminated several manual tasks.

We moved on from another software and the transition to Webgility has been excellent. Not only is it a great software, easy and intuitive, but the onboarding and customer service has been on point! We have 3 websites all with different requirements and they helped us get everything set up. There were of course some growing pains, but the staff was responsive and helped quickly to resolve. The software saved us a lot of time and energy and has been a positive overall experience.

The customer service is incredible! It has so many great features that allow you to integrate it with Shopify and most other major marketplaces. It allows very fine-grained control over what posts where. It integrates with shipping services. And if there's something you can't figure out how to do, they're only an email or phone call away. Coming from other solutions over the past 20+ years, this is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!
