The app itself is robust and flexible. We had certain conventions we were using operationally prior to switching, such as importing paid Shopify orders as Sales Receipts and using unpaid Invoices for our B2B customers, which Webgility was able to preserve. This makes continuity in reporting much easier! There are also many conveniences Webgility has embedded in their platform, such as recording processing fees, offering error reports, and flexibility in how items are mapped. However, we were especially impressed with the customer service. Faizan was our onboarding rep, and he was very methodical and patient- he went through our concerns one by one, and made sure all items were investigated and resolved. We are a company with years of history and operational protocols, and it was a relief to work with an agent who knew the software and was able to make it work with us, rather than us having to change our operations to match the default settings. I would highly recommend Webgility if you are looking to automate syncing information from one system to another.

Webgillity is a perfect app espically if your going to sync shopify with quickbooks. Pretit Agrawal has been very good help and has been there when i have any questions. Setup was very easy and they try there best to work on your schedule whick is very helpful espically when you are trying to get things done quick!! I would high suggest using webgillity!!!

I would definitely recommend Webgility for syncing information between Shopify and Quickbooks. It was the only software I have found that was able to handle all of the quirks of our business and order process. Faizan was excellent in communicating and helping me onboard, answering all of my questions.

We needed to link our new shopify store to QB using Webgility so we set up an onboarding process. Prerit was very helpful and went above and beyond to get everything set up for us in the exact way we needed. We were very impressed with him and the webgility team.

Webgility looks to be a great integration for our needs. We needed to automate our Shopify to Quickbooks enterprise sales receipt data entry. One item of note, if using Shopify tax calculation and a state such as Colorado which has multiple jurisdictions per zip code, there will be additional work necessary than simply this integration. Avalara can solve this, as can calculating your sales taxes outside of Quickbooks.

This app really is amazing, with the opportunity to sync inventory and sku's. But that is just the beginning, the functionality of the automation the application provides is a game changer. This is crucial to eliminate time wasted on data entry and other tasks that can be automated. The software and it's user interface are straightforward and easy to grasp. This has been amazing to apply to my business and it has helped to automate a large portion of tasks that would have otherwise taken a decent chunk of time. Our onboarding associate was Prerit Agrawal, he was absolutely incredible. The amount of expertise he displayed on the software was extremely reassuring. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and even had recommendations to help us make our process easier. I would definitely recommend this APP to anyone.

Amazing experience with Webgility! Our implementation specialist was so knowledgable, so patient, and so supportive and got us up and running in no time. Its a fantastic app but what makes it even more worthwhile is the white glove service they provide. Its second to none. We got immediate support any time we needed it at no additional charge. Its honestly unheard of in the tech world. After months of trying to move from Quickbooks Retail POS to Shopify POS with the worst experience using the Shopify Connector App, Webgility was a god send. Our transactions are posting automatically into Quickbooks Desktop, with everything logging and recording correctly. Our implementation specialist handled the entire setup with us and made sure that all of our settings were setup correctly. Finally, we're back up and running and able to use Quickbooks Desktop and Shopify. Intuit should be promoting Webgility for any of their Retail POS customers that are moving to Shopify POS. Thank you Webgility!

Webgility has incredible customer service and support. The app works really well with QB desktop to record your sales and orders. It does not, sadly, record purchase orders and related invoices, it only works for sales receipts. I am hoping that will change as the rest of the service is great.

We would recommend this app purely from a customer service point view. They are always responsive and helpful. Sometimes functionality is hard, and not as efficient as we would like. But having someone always available for help makes a big difference.
