Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I am impressed by Webgility. Faizen was helpful and knowledgable. The only thing that would be better was Webgility's ability to get the meeting times right. We had to reschedule a few times because their meeting times were off.

Webgility has made it easy to connect my Amazon shop, Shopify store and Quickbooks accounts together very well. Any issues I have had the team, especially Prerit and Kriti, spent as much time as I needed to work with me and resolve the issues. They were not just knowledgeable in their own software, but also Quickbooks; this knowledge is ultimately what fixed my issues.

Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. The app is somewhat of a work-in-process for my situation, however I feel the Webgility team is constantly working to improve it. They take feedback and look for solutions. It's a pleasure to work with them.

Customer service is quite prompt. Aditi with Webgility was very helpful and very professional.

The benefit of using Webgility is effciency. Bringing in thousands of low dollar retail transactions basically seamlessly into QuickBooks is essential to running the business. I would like the loading of data to be quicker as QuickBooks is not accessible while it is running. I am excited to learn that I can expand my current stores to other platforms. As I am a new user, the tech support that I have received in the last month has kept us up and running! Thank you, Faizan!

Been using webgility for a while now and there have been some issues syncing with Amazon & QB but the customer service has been great to correct the issues. Would def recommend Webgility

Great! Good customer service

Great experience so far working with Webgility. Initial setup was great and over all the app works really well. The only issue we have had is with mapping multiple products with the same sku and with deleted items that keep showing up in inventory as 'Out of Sync'. That being said, customer service has been super helpful and very responsive. Much better than we have experienced with other programs.

We have used Webgility for almost 3 years now. It is far superior to anything else we have tried. The app is fairly sophisticated and allows for a lot of specification and the customer service is very good. Like anything it has its issues, for example, we are currently dealing with an issue with our paypal payments refusing to post to QB. Nothing is ever perfect, but I always appreciate Webgility's diligence in making sure the problems are corrected.

We tried out six different Shopify to QuickBooks integrations and found each lacking needed features. In the end, we landed on Webgility Desktop. My only complaint is that I wish we could have used Webgility Online, but it doesn't support Shopify POS. Aside from having to set this up on a local computer, the software is probably the most flexible solution on the market, making it easy to conform to exactly how you want to run your accounting. And Prerit offers a very solid onboarding experience, taking to time to carefully go through all of our questions and make sure we have answers.

Looking forward to learning the app. Newest version has a simpler layout and Integration was done pretty quickly by staff.

Overall I like this app, however it is a bit confusing and set up took me hours and hours with their help desk. Sometimes, it is a bit hard to understand the people at their help desk. Today-I just called because I had some orders stuck, Himanshu was easy to understand and took care of it right away.

This is an awesome program to sync your POS with Shopify! The instruction was "hands on" and easy to follow! I am excited to really dive into this program!

Aman was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He answered my questions and made the changes needed.

We have been using this app for a year and it definitely is a time saver vs hand entering the orders into our accounting system. The only flaw we have is that it only allows for one discount code to be imported into QB. The service team is great. ShOeb Khan and Aman Gauhar were extremely helpful when we needed changes made to our account. ShOeb called me back as promised and helped assure I was happy with my experience. Thank you

**Update** Over the last week or so, the support team at webgility has been working tirelessly to address my issues with the way the platform processes sales tax. While the issue remains, I am optimistic that they may find a solution. They have helped identify some of the improved handling available by using the desktop platform. My support rep Shoeb Khan has been very hands on and proactive. I have to say, that they really work hard to back up their product. For people that don't have the complications we have in our region, I would recommend the product based on the excellent product support they offer. The app is functional, but requires significant monthly "clean up" and cannot be trusted to accurately map or import sales taxes. It is able to capture the most basic transactions, but most transactions will ultimately require significant verification and correction in order to work the data into a format that works with the Quickbooks method for accounting for sales tax. Among other things, It is unable to accurately cope with sales tax groups, multiple sales tax codes, multiple tax authorities, or differentiate items that are subject to differing tax rates within the same jurisdictions. As a result, we are forced to perform dozens of correcting entries every month to properly record sales taxes on sales, even with the relatively small number of transactions we process monthly. It also struggles to correctly import refunds. We have been working with the app for more than a year in hopes that the problems would be addressed, but there have been no changes, improvements, or upgrades to the platform in this time period. While we spent many many hours with with the setup team working these problems, the fact remains that they could never achieve better than "sort of workable". In the end we settled for a setup that required the least amount of monthly data correction. It is functional, and because we paid for a year upfront, we will suffer along for the remainder of our subscription. Our business is a hybrid bricks and mortar and online business, and it really doesn't work well at all for us, so we would not recommend it, nor would we renew it unless they are able to address the issues.

We are using this app to streamline the reporting of sales from Shopify into QuickBooks Online. The Webgility app is simple to use and provides a wide range of flexibility for importing Shopify data into QuickBooks. The only issue we encountered was Webgility's inability to import "tags" from Shopify into QuickBooks Online and hope this will be an available feature in the future!
