Saves so much time, and the customer service quickly helps with any issues that arise. So happy to not have to invoice everything manually! We use Quickbooks on a hosted network, and this has been our best solution.

We have been using Webgility for about 2 years now to synchronize our orders and inventory between Shopify, Etsy, and Quickbooks. It did take some time in the beginning to get everything working properly which felt like a challenge. However, I'm glad that we stuck through it. Once we were a couple of months in and fine tuned all of the settings with the help of the webgility support staff it has run very smooth and has saved us a great deal of time in data entry. On occasion (2-3 times per year) we will get an error due to Webgility or Quickbooks updating their software. But a quick call to Webgility Support resolves the issue. The Webgility support staff will commonly do a screen share and fix everything as we watch. Contacting support is typically very fast with a hold time of less than 2 minutes. I have seen reviews that indicated that the support was handled by a call center. At first I believed these reviews but quickly realized that support is simply an India based company and that the entire staff is extremely well versed and trained in the software. Bottom line- you may be a little frustrated when first starting off- but stick with it- once you are up and rolling you have access to some of the best integration and support staff that I've experienced.

This app is the best for allowing your QuickBooks POS to synch with Shopify. It allows the quality and variants to be synched with a touch of a button. Also they have the best phone support with no wait time.

I love the syncing - both ways of products and customers. I feel confident that Inventory Quantities are being updated as well. The only issue I have is that we cannot exclude Service items- all become Inventory without a choice there

I have been using Webgility for 5 years to sync Amazon, Etsy and Shopify with Quickbooks Online. Once set up it pretty much runs itself and enables me to view and analyze key data in QB effortlessly. The implementation team were really helpful with both the initial set up and any subsequent queries. I wish all software was as reliable and useful as Webgility. Highly recommend.

I used the app and it has been amazing. Customer service has been great as well NEHAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUES. I highly recommend WEBGILITY to integrate our orders to QB.

Hands down the best app to connect Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. Webgility support is very responsive and can usually handle any issue within a matter of minutes. A great company and a great app overall.

Finally! I have visibility of our web businesses feeding into Quickbooks without the ridiculous amount of work it took to splice and dice them all together manually and have to make adjustments on top of it all because of 3rd party apps that I no longer need. The set up is a bit lengthy but so worth every minute spent. The interface is extremely user friendly and just so happy with being able to see everything and have reporting to accounting be more seamless through quickbooks. This tool is a time saving magician and a life saver. Highly recommend!

Aman helped me today and its Working now. 03/08/24 Prerit assited us with the automation between Webgility and Quickbooks and everything has worked wonderfully. Their customer service and support is top notch!!
