Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

We have been using Webgility for over a year now and it has greatly helped us with moving orders from Shopify to QB. Shoeb Khan has been great to work with and responsive to any issues we have.

I just experienced what I have not experienced in a while with Aman Pachori today and that is a consistent customer service experience. Webgility has a staff dedicated to making sure every aspect of their software is meeting the demands placed upon it. I have already crashed and burned with two other Quickbook connectors in the past, and was very guarded when I was introduced to Webgility. It has been 5 months since I began using their integration tool and have been blown away by the wide arrange of options and smooth integration. Like anything tech there onboarding bumps, but every customer service person has been very knowledgeable of their product and will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to get the issue resolved. I wish there were more than five stars to give!!!

Pawan Dawande patiently walked me through trouble shooting for multiple Webgility/Quickbooks integrated stores. As I have consistently found with Webgility's tech support, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and effective.

Aman Pachori was a great help in resolving our issues. He diligently worked to get our website communicating back with our brick-and-mortar store.

Himanshu was super helpful! Fixed my issue with ease and under 15 minutes! He changed only one setting of let Quick Books calculate tax and that resolve the issue

Webgility is incredible!!! It does so much more then the old app we used to download our internet orders into our QuickBooks POS. Plus it cost less.
