The app saved us a lot of time by eliminating double entry. Pushing pricing changes to 2 website from QBO through Webgility is a great feature that we use often. Great customer service from our rep Shoeb Khan and the support team.

It's a great app. I can see all transactions sync to quickbooks every morning once I have automation set up. Very convenient. Awesome app! and Sunny is a great help!

Himanshu helped me figure out how to download orders into Quick Books POS and he was very helpful. It is always good to talk to a live person.

His support was good and he tried his best. He showed us way to post the sales tax correctly into the Quick Books as a line item but it won't work for us. We are waiting for Quick Books to fix this issue as this is from them only.

The dev team has been very good to work with for implementing several customizations to the API's, both to shopify and to quickbooks desktop enterpise. The API's are solid and the automation is reliable. Tech support is excellent and accessible by phone when we need them. Our warehouse team has enjoyed much improved efficiency in processing orders. Our customer service team is happy with the extra data being posted back to the store as a result of the customizations. Overall a good experience. Much better than another well-known app we used previously that had very poor tech support.

I had some issues and was able to speak with a great person named Himanshu. he was able to quickly fix all my issues and was able to get up working very well with a perfect setup. highly recommend him and this app.

Webgility has been extremely helpful in cutting down processing time for our shopify orders. They also helped us create a customized script to organize our orders in QB based on our tags in Shopify. We are excited to work with webgility moving forward.
