Kanishk was super helpful and was able to quickly answer all of my questions related to the Webgility scheduler. I have called technical support with questions before and am always happy with the level of knowledge and customer service of the people with whom I speak.

Webgility helped me with uploading a missing order from one of my seller sources and also assisted in having credit memos created to show refunds on orders in QuickBooks. Vipin, was a great help and helped to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
