The Webgility app is perfect for our company. We have been members for years, and have saved a huge amount of time and money downloading and entering all of our orders from our Shopify website to Quickbooks. The program works extremely well, and if we needed help, we only had to call, and we were helped immediately. The quick answers are important when you are in business. Thanks to Shoeb Khan, Raunak Rai, and Nehal for all their terrific help!

We are really excited to get started with this app. It is going to be such a time save for us. The people we dealt with were super helpful. We would definitely recommend this app to others.

Webgility seems to be evolving and you need to make sure the app is up to date. It has a lot of functionality beyond what I need but we continue to work together to best understand the functions that are necessary for my business.

Himanshu They have helped us in downloading ETSY orders and ETSY products in Webgility now we can post orders into the Quick Books. Excellent customer service!!!! Highly recommend.

We are just starting our journey with Webgility but the process has been easy and our tech was very helpful.

Support is great! Webgility (desktop version) is a very powerful tool. There is so much customization available for many unique circumstances. Once setup it can run in auto mode or you can do manual sync. There is a bit of a learning curve but Webgility support is AMAZING! I got a one hour on-boarding and a help line that is always available during regular business hours. I am still learning all that Webgility can do but help is only a phone call away and there is almost never much of a hold time to speak with an expert.

I use this app to help me reconcile our bank statements and do bookkeeping. I really like how it makes my task easier. It would be nice if it had a good inventory integration between shopify and quickbooks

We had an issue with refunds not syncing and were connected with Aman to solve the problem. Aman was extraordinary, he took the time to fully understand our issue and check every detail involved. Aman found a quick solution in the config and double checked that the solution was working. An A+ support experience.
