Support is great! Webgility (desktop version) is a very powerful tool. There is so much customization available for many unique circumstances. Once setup it can run in auto mode or you can do manual sync. There is a bit of a learning curve but Webgility support is AMAZING! I got a one hour on-boarding and a help line that is always available during regular business hours. I am still learning all that Webgility can do but help is only a phone call away and there is almost never much of a hold time to speak with an expert.

I use this app to help me reconcile our bank statements and do bookkeeping. I really like how it makes my task easier. It would be nice if it had a good inventory integration between shopify and quickbooks

We had an issue with refunds not syncing and were connected with Aman to solve the problem. Aman was extraordinary, he took the time to fully understand our issue and check every detail involved.
