Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience using Webgility! Faizan helped me through every step and answered every question I had--and was so polite! The system is great for any business looking for a reliable software to use. Couldn't recommend more!

Ashish, helped us setup our tax account in QB to roll up into one account versus multiple tax jurisdiction accounts for Shopify. He was very patient and did thorough training on how to manually post accounts after correcting the errors.

I've tried several bridges from Shopify to QBO and Webgility works the best and allows controls so that I don't have a lot of manual fixes.

I have just started using this app. I have a store with over 15000 products and I was manually entering all sales data as well as running reports from my physical store to update the online store. This app has not only saved me a bunch of time it has also found many items that I had entered incorrectly and gave me the opportunity to fix them. The personal onboarding was superb. I had a knowledgeable person to help me get all set up. And because it is split into 2 sessions I had time to explore in between and come up with any problems which were answered in the second session. I also have phone and email support going forward in case any other questions come up. All in all I believe this app to be very much worth the expense. And I have been very happy with the support I have received so far. I use Quickbooks point of sale for my retail store.

Webgility has been a very user friendly app to use for the integration of our shopify store and our quickbooks software. Every time we run into an issue the webgility technicians are very professional and able to quickly resolve our questions. The service is great

I use this app to connect my Amazon store and Shopify stores and it works great to connect them to QuickBooks Desktop.

This process was very helpful. It is a seamless transition between quickbooks and shopify. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has an online store.

Sanket is the best! I had a problem with the Shopify sales connecting my updated Quickbooks. It took 3 phone calls and a few hours to resolve my issues. Sanket was so patient with me, stuck with it, and resolved all of my issues. A few times, he would consult with his colleagues, Webgility has a great team of customer service professionals. I also liked, I talked to a person, not a machine trying to answer my questions. It was a frustrating situation, which Sanket calmly fix for me.

Kanishk was very knowledgeable about Webgility and has helped us get set up. We were having a few issues in the beginning as we are wholesalers, so there are some work arounds we had to get situated before the app was fully functioning, but with Kanishk's help it looks like everything is running smoothly.
