Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

We are using QB and the Webgility app to integrate. There are have been some learning curve glitches to get it setup across multiple computers, but overall the customer service team is easily accessible and although it has taken multiple efforts, they have been helpful in solving all problems. There has been some trial and error setups with discounts and other financial aspects of the integration, but so far we have been able to make everything meet our needs.

For years I spent many hours manually adding transactions to Quickbooks. As my business grew my accounting became sloppy. I needed a better solution. I tried a local accountant but they had no clue how to integrate Shopify, PayPal and Amazon sales, shipping and fees into Quickbooks. I am new to Webgility and it is a very powerful accounting system. Their free three two-hour 'onboarding' Zoom meetings got me started. If I encounter any questions they are instantly (almost) available to help. Accounting used to be a time-consuming headache for me and it appears that Webgility has solved my dilemma. OH! I am using Quickbooks Desktop 2020 and Webgility Advanced An Update March 23, 2023: Here at Hummingbird Market we have been using Webgility for a long while. Now I do not even think about accounting. Webgility transparently keeps track of my Shopify, PayPal and Amazon orders and automatically transfers all the pertinent data to my desktop Quickbooks Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale accounting system. Shoeb Khan is my dedicated account manager at Webgility. Should a problem arise he is proactive and quickly resolves any issues---but there are really none. Accounting used to be a tedious task for us but Webgility makes it easy.

I like that this app syncs my store inventory and orders, etc. from Quickbooks Point of Sale to my Shopify online store and vice versa. I have just begun using this app so it will take some time to give a proper review, but I believe that this app is going to meet my needs wonderfully.

We've been using Webgility for over a year now and have been very happy with this app! We needed a connector when we switched accounting systems from QuickBooks to NetSuite, and there are not many options available to connect NetSuite that aren't super expensive. We tried this. And it's been excellent! It took some work at the beginning to get it up and running because NetSuite can be more complicated with permissions, but the Webgility team was amazing at working with NetSuite to get every issue resolved. This WORKS and the Support is fantastic!

When it works, its great! They often have updates that if you don't install can cause the scheduler to stop working. But their technicall support (last pers on I spoke to was Shobhit) is really great and they usually help resolve any issues quickly.

shobhit helped me with over 800 errors as I am new to system. posted orders to quickbooks After refreshing them many rolled over. He was extremely helpful explaining things to me for those problems as well as some other error. He was Fantastic !!!!

Webgility is just the solution we were looking for to sync our Shopify store activity into Quickbooks. It has really helped us streamline our fulfillment and accounting processes. Quickbooks customer service is terrible and I have nothing but issues with them. Swapna from Webgility was super helpful though, I wish QB would hire more people like her.

We use webgility with Quickbooks and helps keep all our information up to date. Customer support is always easy to get a hold of. Just recently worked with Vipin to have all my questions taken care of.

We use this app to connect our store to Quickbooks. Works perfectly and any time we have needed assistance for anything, their support staff is great. Our account manager, Shoeb Khan, is very efficient with assistance.
