Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

I was able to have Vipin Gaikwad resolve my issue with webgility and work with quickbooks and shopify

Huge time saver. The Webgility team always provides fast and patient support. Don't need to call often but wen I do I'm usually talking with someone within minutes.

Webgility's tool, Quickbooks Desktop Sync has helped us save time, simplifying the sales data import process. Fantastic customer support as well, especially Himanshu. Great communicator and resolved a minor issue we were having very quickly.

Game Changer !! We used to manually add all of our orders into Quickbooks and mistakes were made and it was time consuming. With Webgility we have time to work on our business and not do data entry. We have had a few issues with configuration but Nikhlesh our support person is excellent and has resolved any issues we have had !!

Everyone at Webgility has always been so pleasant and helpful! It was a big challenge to restart our ecommerce shop in the beginning of the pandemic last year, but Webgility kept at it and got it going. Lately, any issues have been quick and easy to solve. Support using the app and the online assistance was prefect! Had dropped connectivity after Webgility update to 8.2. Assisted with resatring all services. Could not be more happy with the results. We currently use Shopify, Webgility and sync all trasnactions with QuickBooks Point of Sale.

It's been a little challenging to get things set up correctly but we're very excited about the capabilities of this program and the support has been fantastic!
