App really saves us ALOT of time. Also, the tech team is fabulous and go above and beyond just their app to get things working. Highly recommend this app for stores with lots of transactions. It paid for itself within 1 month.

Webgility so far has been a life saver. My company switched over to Shopify a little over a month a go and it came down to the wire with syncing our online orders to QB Desktop. When I had a call with Webgility and found out what they could do for us, it was almost too good to be true. When I decided to try it out, it was great. They help you a lot with the integration, setup and training. They do an awesome job and this app gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Webgility is an integral component of our internal workflows. We integrated it June 2012 and it reduced our redundant manual data entry to almost zero. We process all orders through it and it seamlessly integrates our online store with QuickBooks. We would highly recommend Webgility to any business looking for a shipping integration app and even more so to a business in need of communication between their online store and QuickBooks.

We've been using Webgility for years and can't say enough about how much their software has helped us speed up processing of orders, shipping, and posting back to our multiple store channels. Their tech support is outstanding as well. Any time I've had any problems, I've gotten a quick response and fast solution.

We use ECC for several companies and platforms and enjoy the simplicity and ease it provides our wide spread business. The features are easy to manage and make handling our orders with quickbooks a breeze. Downloads with shopify are pretty quick and we can setup the orders in quickbooks just how we want them. Great affordable solution for integrating our ecommerce site with quickbooks!

We use ECC for several different ecommerce platforms and the ability to use it for shopify, bigcommerce, amazon, and older platforms we used to use has been fantastic. With a bit of doctoring we're able to use it to separate items and feeds quite easily, while maintaining a central point of download. Managing several different companies and only needing to use one program is wonderful. Setup is easy and as technical as you want to make it. I do find that bigcommerce's API is sometimes very slow while interacting with it, but shopify is twice as fast so its clearly not ECC's problem.

Webgility has awesome installation and training. Their customer support is extremely helpful. I had a Saturday morning onboarding session that was very helpful. So far I'm very pleased with webgility. Tami Crisp Seelite As an update I had to have some fine tuning done on how Webgility pulled our orders in and I had a gotomeeting with Namit, he is extremely helpful and always meets or exceeds my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with your customer service / development team. Suyash and Pritesh solved a really challenging problem expeditiously, thoroughly and professionally. When they realized after awhile on the phone with me yesterday that it would take some extra work to solve, they worked on their own (and even with developers at Shopify!) to solve the problem so that today's call only took 15 minutes and I magically have everything I need again! The software has been huge in helping me manage and grow my small e-commerce business and I have been, and will continue to, recommend it widely. Thank you, Suyash and Pritesh!

eCC saves us from hours and hours of boring, time-sucking manual data-entry. On top of that, their support team is phenomenal.
