Webgility ‑ QuickBooks Online

Kshitij, Sagar, and Faizan did a lot of customization for our system for a unique scenario where we use Shopify and Stripe. We have a custom configured solution that now allows us to auto reconcile our payouts in QBO. The team is super smart and capable. Thanks guys.

Webgility is very simple to use, and the onboarding support team that helps set up the initial integration is fantastic. Using Webgility to configure the mappings between Shopify and QuickBooks is easier than any other integration tool I've used in the past. In addition to the ease of use and great support team, it's one of the less expensive options I found in my search.

We are so amazed by Webgility. It’s the best solution on the market! Many thanks to the onboarding team: Manish Manoriya and Prerit Agrawal. They are true professionals who provide our entire team with consultations. If a new option could be available, like synchronizing purchase order pages from QB to Shopify, it would allow us to update inventory immediately upon arrival. This way, the person receiving the inventory (without any access to QB) could display this information to accountants and automatically add inventory to both Shopify and QB.

Get this App. They make it easy and will help you set everything up. A huge time saver.

Tried to find a solution to sync QuickBooks and Shopify for months and finally was able to find an app, Webgility. This app will be extremely helpful to manage inventory live on both softwares and keep our OOS more accurate. Onboarding experience was smooth and Faizan was extremely helpful.

Webgility is amazing and they have superior customer service. The integration between quickbooks desktop and shopify is amazing. Any issues I have, a quick call resolves the issues. If I've ever had an issue that needed more work, they follow through with a resolution.

This app is a gamechanger. Spent so much waste time using a similar app for years with countless errors and manual fixes in QuickBooks. This app is super powerful, has lots of options and you can control how everthing is posted. And if something doesn't work, can simply unpost the order fix it and repost. No more spreadsheets and data correction entries needed in QB. Also handles complex transactions, multi-currency and multiple websites!

Update- This is all still true another year later. Aditi has been a wonderful rep to work with and so very helpful! I've been using Webgility for about 5 years now- first with QB desktop and now with QB online. Customer support has been exceptional each time, during and after setup. The online connection is user friendly and easy to setup and maintain. The on boarding process is very thorough and covers all areas. If anything can't be immediately solved, support is on top of it and sees any issue through to resolution. Using Webgility has and will continue to be a solid time saver for our business.
