Super easy to use AND great customer service. Almost all of my customers keep this option turned on.

As a sustainable business, we really appreciate this app. It adds another level of sustainability to our product with no effort on our part. I just installed the app and the Ecocart team set it all up for me and made it live! I literally didn't have to lift a finger. Great support.

EDIT: After a few days, the technical gremlins seemed to have been sorted and we have now successfully reinstalled the app without any problems whatsoever. Support has been fantastic in assisting and keeping us updated during this period and also with the installation. Must particularly thank Austin who got the widget beautifully matching our store theme. So, now a definite 5-star rating, Good idea but I don't think it is suitable for use in the United Kingdom. Was told that I needed to enter payment details to stop it showing the offset in $, but having done that it made no difference. In fact, I couldn't get it to display in our cart despite setting it up several times. Wondered if I might need to enter my bank information as well, but couldn't as it doesn't recognise UK banks. On top of all this, the Admin side of things is painfully slow.

All themes are different and have customized nuances, and we can actually set it all up for you so it will work flawlessly and in the local currency (wherever your customer is located) and so that it shows up each time upon the first "add to cart" action. I see you are in contact with our support team about a re-integration and we look forward to ensuring the set up surpasses your expectations!

I am so glad I found this company! The process was super easy to integrate into my Shopify store and the team communicated the whole time. I seen the app in action and it is amazing. Plus, they provided copy and pics for sharing on social media which I truly appreciate. This is an awesome way to give back to the earth.

We just started to use EcoCart last month. So far, we really love it because not only it can help reduce emissions but also can have better communication with our customers. As we are going to become a fully sustainable company, this is the right step to make. Also, we really appreciate their reliable support that some technical issues have been taken care of really well.

Simple to install, nice option to have. Our products are eco-conscious so it is nice to offer customers a solution at checkout to offset shipping emissions.

Great app to make orders carbon neutral. Our customers love it, it tracks the weight of items to estimate it's carbon footprint and then you can offer for your customers to pay to make it carbon neutral or pay for it as the business.

Really grateful to have come across EcoCart! It's been such a wonderful addition to our checkout page and I'm so pleased to see our customers take part in it. Would love more design display options for it to be more cohesive with the website, but a great addition nonetheless.
