a powerful application in terms of page creation, lots of customization possible and above all the chat support is available 7/24, I am helped by Hana on several occasions, really very competent, professional, understands ultra quickly what I want to achieve.

The app has been great to use and allows me to add customized sections to my web pages. I had some small technical issues and the support received has been excellent in quickly helping me to solve my issues. Highly recommend!

We have been using the EComposer Builder for a few weeks. The app has allowed us to create beautiful responsive pages and personalize our website more than what most themes can offer. There have been moments where we've needed a little guidance. EComposer Customer support (Kem) has been and continues to be extremely helpful! We're looking forward to working together with EComposer for years to come.

Superb app for non-coders like me. EComposer made it insanely easy to build high-converting landing pages without touching code. Drag-drop is smooth, blocks are modern, and it loads fast. Support team is active and really helpful when I got stuck. Highly recommend for anyone trying to make their Shopify store look professional.

Ideally would have been great and the customer service rep was helpful, but I somehow lost an entire section of my progress and it wasn't user friendly for someone like me and I'm fairly tech savvy, so I uninstalled.

Customer service has been very helpful every step of the way, and quite responsive. Works well to build the website I need customized, and just takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out the functions.

A lifesaver. So much better than the default Shopify editor - much more intuitive and has tons of features. Support staff are also efficient, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

This is a great app for landing page building. It really allows you to be creative and flexible with layouts. Customer support is amazing. Just click on the chat button, and you are chatting with someone right away. Will be using this app on other stores we build!

I needed help making my site look good on mobile, and the chat support team came through big time! They quickly understood the issue and guided me through the steps to get the mobile version looking clean and responsive. Super helpful, fast replies, and very knowledgeable. The mobile view now looks just as good as desktop. The app works great, and the support team makes it even better!

Excellent app and customer support over live chat. Support is available 24/7 and and questions are answered almost immediately. They go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or queries, whether thats sharing links to relevant articles, creating customised step-by-step tutorials, or even by granting access to your Shopify so they can resolve issues for you. Definitely 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

I use ecomposer for 3 of my online store because they make it so easy to build custom pages and their customer service is the absolute best tech support you could ever ask for. 24/7 chat bubble always there if you get stuck and need help with anything. Hana always goes above and beyond to help me figure out really custom needs and she is an absolute wizard!

Great app and page builder, but more importantly amazing support provided by EComposer at all hours of the day. I worked with Luna and she was able to help me find a solution to what I wanted to display on my landing page. There really is an option for everything, definitely my favorite Page Builder on Shopify and again the support is amazing. Thanks Luna!
